Hi! This is Ronee' Le-Anne Reaux. In just 21 more days, I will be 10 years old, but I'll NEVER stop believing in you..EVER!
I am writing because I want you to know I love you, and I also want you to know what I want for Christmas this year.
First of all, I want the world to stop hating and fighting, and I want the children to be safe and not worry about whether they are going to get adducted* this year or worse. I also want the parents to stop hittiing their children or hurting them; and I want them to love their children, as my maman and daddy love me and all of my brothers and sisters!
Secondly, I want to say that you have brought me many neat stuff in the past, and I have enjoyed each and everything you've gotten me, in particular, my Cajun accordions and my computer! I still can't believe you got a computer on your sleigh..make that COMPUTERS!! That must've been DARN HEAVY, not to mention, HARD on your poor reindeer's backs!! (By the way..did you get Ben Gay for your reindeers' backs?)
But this is my Christmas wish list THIS year:
1.) NEW crutches!! (the crutches I have now are just about worn out, and I am about to outgrow them!!) *OH!! PLEASE, PLEASE make sure they are BRIGHT PINK, like the ones I am using now!*
2.) An art set!!
3.) Drawing paper and colored pencils and crayons!
4.) CD's by Jourdan Irene (she's this terrific little girl in Pennsylvania who sings country music; she sounds a lot like a young Loretta Lynn), Hunter Hayes ("Through My Eyes" is his new one), Brandon Cramer (he's a great little boy singer in New York who sings REAL country, too..just like Jourdan Irene.., and he is REALLY GOOD, too!), and Loretta Lynn's "Still Woman Enough" CD; my little sister, Sun Hee accidentally broke it when she SAT on it!!
5.) New blank cassette tapes for me to record my singing and accordion playing on, or to record my stories or poems on.
6.) NEW PANTS..JEANS, ANY COLOR, SIZE 6X..same with shirts (ANYTHING with Loretta, Alan Jackson, or Brad Paisley will be FINE!!), and new shoes..MINE are WORE OUT!! I also need SOCKS and UNDERPANTS DESPERATELY!!!
7.) New barrettes and ribbons for my hair..ALL COLORS!!
8.) New kitty toys for "Cajun"! She's lost the ones she had!
and finally....the "Double Fudge" book by Judy Blume! (My friend, Nicole, says it is GREAT!!)
This is all I could think of off hand. If I think of anything else, I'll be sure to let you know next time I see you at the mall! Is that okay with you, Pere' Noel?
Gotta' get this in the mail so it reaches you in time!
Until then, MERRY CHRISTMAS, and have a safe trip December 24! I'll be sure to keep you in my prayers!
