Santa Claus writes his yearly letter to the Children of the world.

 North Pole, November 29, 2013~

Dear Children of the world~

Ho, ho, ho!  This is Kris Kringle, your Christmastime buddy, writing.  I pray you are having a good start to the Christmas season.

Unfortunately, some of you aren't.  I can see this when you come to see me to whispier your Christmstime wishes in my ear.  How sad it makes me to kow that some of you are suffering untold tragedy or situations!  How I wish I could take your pain away, but as I have told children in the past, I am NOT God.  Only God can make things better.  All I CAN do is bring joy or what you have asked for for Christmas.   But I am glad that you thought enough of me to ask for my help.  It shows you care.

That makes me very happy.

Anyway, let me digress.  Hard to believe that it is nearly time for my YearlyJourney around the world.  Seems like the year has flown by on angel's wings!  I am getting ready, and the elves are busy working overtime, making sure everything is in order and is in pristine working order.  Can't have any broken toys or computers or whatnot for Christmas; the lsat thing Santa wants to do is bring disappointment!  It just goes against the laws of nature!

I know some of your stories.  I have been checking my list, to make sure you have been nice.  If not, you may get a lump of coal in your stocking (or, at least, a good lashing from your parents).  If you have been good, you will be rewarded with something special; I will see to that.

I also see some new faces: Johnny and Ronee', you both have had children.  Hard to believe that you are parents now: I remember you both when you were just itty-bitty!  Time sure does fly!  Your children will have a memorable Christmas; I will see to that!  I am so proud of you in how far you have come in your lives!  Keep up the great work you both are doing!

Louisiana and Bill, I see you have a new face in your Rainbow Family.  Welcome to the Sandusky Family, Loretta!  You will have toys and more surprises under the tree come Christmas morn!

Gabby, I wish I could bring your grandpa back.  I know that is what you want most of all; but again, I'm not God.  It makes me sad that I can't help you.  But I WILL pray for you; yes, even Santa believes in God and yes, Santa prays for all the children!

Well, I hate to run, but Mrs. Claus wants me to eat breakfast.  I have been busy working and it's time for a break.  I will see you soon; you keep on behaving and beng good!  I love you!  God bless!

~Christmasly yours,

Santa Claus.  :)
