My name is Kathleen Grace Tighlman, but everybody I know calls me Kathy.  I am 11 years old and live with my family in Norman, Oklahoma.

I have a mommy and daddy, as well as two sisters (Kayla Dawn and Victory Lynn, who are 6 and 3) and two brothers (Cody Wayne and Tevin David, who are 1 and 5); I'm the oldest.  Our granny lives with as as well.

I am in the fourth grade.  I go to Pauline O'Malley Elementary School here in Norman.  My teacher is Mrs. Duff; I love her so much.  I make good grades at school; I love school.  My favorite classes are Music/Choir, Art, and English (Writing).

When I grow up, I want to be a writer or a singer.  My favorite singer is Rion Paige, who is a contestant on the show, "X Factor USA".  She's only two years older than me and sings like an angel.  My favorite writer is Phyllis Reynolds Naylor.  I also like Ann M. Martin.

I am excited: Christmas is coming in less than three weeks; we put our tree up and got our decorations up.  Christmas is  my very favorite holiday.  For Christmas, I would like to have a horse or maybe a puppy.  We live on a farm and so a puppy or a horse would be perfect for me!

Well, I hate to go, but class is about to end, and then my next class is Music.  I will write in here again soon; hope y'all liked my story.  Pray we get home; the weather is turning icky (icy) out and we could have up to six inches or more of snow when nightfall comes!  I would greatly appreciate any and all prayers!  Thanks and God bless!
