Dear Ronee':
I hope you aren't mad at me for writing you another letter during study hall, but I am sooo bored out of my gourd I HAD to do SOMETHING! LOL I knew you were mad at me the other day when I gave you the last letter because you tell me to talk to you, not write, as you aren't mute or hard of hearing! I know that, and I know you know that, but some things are harder to tell you than others, so if I have to tell you something and it is hard for me to do so verbally, I'll just write it out. That way, you know what is exactly on my mind and why I feel that way.
I know you are sad today; what with the two-year anniversary of the terror attacks on our country approaching in a few days; and I know you are bothered by it (the bad memories). I know you don't want to sing at the memorial, but I know it is something you want (and HAVE) to do, thanks in part to our friend, Stephanie Green, who died in the attacks; and you want to honor her by singing. That is a very brave and commendable thing for you to do, and I know, with God's Help, you'll get through it. You did last year. I know they have been showing stuff on the news about the attacks, and it has probably caused old nightmares to surface, but you know what to do if you get scared: put your nightmares at the foot of the Cross and ask Jesus to help you through them. You are a very brave and courageous little girl, and you are doing something I could NEVER do! You have more guts than I will EVER have!
I know you are happy that Johnny is back home from the hospital; Lord knows I am! He really scared us, didn't he?? He is about as brave and courageous as YOU are; probably even more so! That little guy has more GUTS than I will EVER have in my little finger! LOL
Well, Teacher is giving me the Look again~~you know, that type of Look that says, "Why aren't you working on your homework??"~~, so I must put this to bed and continue later. Sorry for making this short, but I don't want to get into trouble, ya' know???
