Sitting in a corner waiting on the dawn to come...I was there. I saw what happen...you don't know you only will know what I tell you.

"Mitzi what happen?"

Can you please open the window...so I can feel the breeze...look at how the wind is blowing the trees they are almost touching the ground...

"Mitzi what happen?"

That's ok you don't have to open the window I can feel the wind anyway.

"Mitzi baby where did the blood come from? Is that your blood? Mitzi"

Get away from me...don't you come any closer. I am waiting on the dawn...the sun you heard me. I am going to sit here be here until the sun comes, and if your smart you will find a corner and sit too.

Foot steps in the blood.....blood on the walls...I pick up the phone and I call 911 come please...come quick...I don't know what happen and she won't tell me nothing...the address shit bitch I don't know you got a tracking system just get someone here quick...I sat the phone down...I didn't hang-up just in case something pop-up or something....

"Mitzi baby please tell me what happen" I crouched down in the corner to be on the same level. Then her eyes meet mine......I was scared......I was tired of being scared.....remember when they came into my home...you remember when they tied me up with duck tape. My mouth my hands behind my back. my feet too you remember...and before that they just came in my home and tried to take my soul you remember that you remember....I can't protect me....I got to protect me, Mitzi rubbed her stomach her hands were bloody and she was holding a straighten-out hanger...I can't I couldn't do it.... I looked closer at her body she had nothing on from her waist down.

"Mitzi, what have you done?" I put my hands on our heads...he wasn't going to be here for us....he wasn't here now....you can't protect me how were you going to protect us...I covered our ears but I still could hear her...I'm tired of this place...we should have never been here..we should never have...

"shut -up I yelled and jumped up and ran in the room to get a blanket the police couldn't find her like that how didn't I know she was pregant....how didn't I know.......... blood followed me in the room....blood was all over me...I looked down and I had no shoes or socks on I looked around the room and the smell of blood had consumed my nostroils and throat.....a half dranked/ half spilled bottle of Jack Daniels lay on the floor, pills thrown all over the room......everything thrown all over the room. What the hell was that smell? Fumes filling the air (gas) I looked down at myself again...I could here the siren coming in the backround...there was a hangers in my hand with blood and chunks of something and the smell.

Oh God no!!!! they are going to think I did it...I ran back in the room there Mitizi was still sitting in a corner.....staring out of the big bay window...you know the sun makes everything better she said and then looked up at me with a smile....eyes so clear and untouched with reality...just one more sunlite that is all I want.....I could hear the car doors close and can hear the footsteps.....I couldn't protect her then but I was going to try and protect her now.....I kneeled down and step right into her skin...I'll let Mitzi continue to watch for the sun and I will handle the police...cause I left her for too long much too long
