     Cousin #1

Your cousin asked you whether you could help to  buy a puppy.

He told you that his family tried to help him, but always something prevented it from happening.

It is up to you to do their job.

You decide to go to buy a puppy today.

You were busy all the week in University and today you have the day off.

The dormitory is very quiet.

You take down your pyjamas, and put it slowly on the bed.

You do not throw it.

After half a year that you did not take it home to wash, it easily could break in half.

You take your shirt from the bag on the stool and button it.

It does not take you long to close those all two buttons that remained there.

You go to the corner and take socks that stand there.

You cannot put them on.

You return to the corner, take a hammer, and soften your socks.

You see flies fall on the floor after going through smelly cloud that was released during the softening process.

You shrug, and put socks on.

Then you take some sellotape and wrap around the holes in toes.

It creaks when going, but you are used to it.

Now, where are shoes?

Not in the corner.

Not under the pillow.

Ah! Got you! Under the bed.

Why should they be there?

You cannot recollect how they came under the bed and put them on nevertheless.

You put another rubber on the left shoe to prevent the sole opening its mouth.

You go to look for the jeans.

You find them quickly in the toilet, where you left them yesterday.

You were too tired to bring them to the room and left there.

So what? What's new? There is no mother here who can nag about it.

You begin to put jeans on but shoes interfere.

You pull stronger and stronger, and then.. the trousers give.

You look at them and understand that they are torn.

You are known for quick decisions, so you begin to jump towards the table.

In the midway there, you fall and crawl the rest to your destination.

There you take scissors and turn your trousers into shorts.

Take out from the table some plasters and put them on your cuts.

It still bleeds, but you are strong enough and make an air of indifference.

Why not? It is hot today.

Now you try to take down the rest of trouser-legs.

But they are stuck.

You decide to ask for help from your neighbours but on your way there, you fall tree times.

At last, your friends (tree of them) take down the rest of the trousers together with the shoes and socks.

You check the socks - they are broken to pieces.

You return to your room, apply more sellotape to your bare legs.

You did it too tied and feel the blood stopping far before reaching the toes.

You are too much of man to pay attention on this, but when you try to stand up and your toes are unbending, you lose your balance and fall.

.

This last assault on your nose does not pass without sequences and you feel that something drips on your shirt.

Of course! It is blood from your nose.

You smile and blissfully faint.

.

When you open eyes, the blood stopped.

You sit yourself on the bed and rewrap your legs.

Less tight.

Check that you can move your toes.

You do not need to look on them to be sure that they move.

You easily hear them crack.

You put on shoes and begin to take your way towards the door.

Almost near your aim, you feel that the leg slides inside the shoe and you are going to fall.

With the last of your will power, you throw your left hand to catch the corner of the library.

You fall on the floor with your left hand going strangely behind you.

A moment later, the books begin to fall on your back.

In the end, you feel the blow of the library on the pile of the books that fall on your back.

You begin to laugh hysterically.

You tried to help to your cousin and because of it you broke socks, torn jeans, cut yourself, bled from the nose, fell unnecessary large number of times, twisted your left hand and the back together with the head are sore because all 124 books and the library found the stopping point on them.

You are not that sure that you will continue to help others.
