The Weeping Tree chapter one

Some years ago in the land of Rhon , there lived a king , by the name of King Moseck.
He was a good king with a heart of gold. He ruled the kingdom of Rhon.

Another king by the name of Sethany Sagus, ruled another land , which was the land of Nunn, who was also
the brother to King Moseck, His mother's son by another man.

King Moseck had been seperated from his brother , when his mother fled with another man . He was only ten at the time.
Years of being raised , by only his father , King Moseck the first. Young Moseck (his first name being Dan) grew up to be very good hearted and had a love for God.

His upbringing was surperb and he had the best handmaidens to watch over him while his father was busy with the King's duties.

He never heard from his mother Sarah, again. It was only at his mother's death , that he heard that she had died. He was sent a message , from his half brother , who ruled another land.

The funeral was a gloomy one , He stood there in the rain , watching a piece of his life , that he didn't get to be around much , being buried in the clay of the ground. His Brother , Sethany, stood before him in his glowing proudness. An evil poured out from his darkened soul , that Dan, could not bare.

"Greetings, dear brother, I am sorry for your loss, but I am not sorry for my gain,"

"What do you mean , dear brother ?" Dan , replied.

" I will tell you , all that I heard every minuite of my life , was" "Oh, how I miss my poor baby , Dan," "I am glad she's gone. I can go on with my life now , ruling the kingdom and all the other kingdoms I triump over !"

" I thought , when I came that I would be gaining a brother to rule with me , but instead , I find a power seeker ruler who cares nothing for anyone but himself. It saddens me, my brother,"

"Oh, please , just look at you , you had everything handed to you and a father's love , I on the other hand had a father full of greed and hate, as well as a mother who couldn't love me , because of her sin . You see , my dear brother I was the sin in her ! She had to flee with my father or be stoned to death. I got the bad piece of the pie, and now I will get my revenge !"

"It doesn't have to be this way , God can bring us together , if you want him to !"

"Your God can't fix all the hate and pain I have endured , my brother . Only your death at battle, on the bloodless mountain , will I be happy and content !"

"I will not fall to your pitious level in war. I will not fight against my own brother ,"

" You , will , King Moseck , or I will come to your kingdom and tear it to shreads. You have one year , from this day to think about your death ! Be ready . I will be waiting at the bottom of the mountain . To the victor belongs the spoils !"

"Good bye , brother. I am sorry this had to happen , especially at our mother's grave ! May the willows weep , by God's hand, until you repent ,and see your wrongs."

" Yes, let it be so ... , "replied the evil king as he rode back to his castle.
