I put a banana peel in my pocket because I could not find a garbage can. And I refused to litter.

A bumblebee flew around me buzzing in my ear. I swatted at the bumblebee and the action caused the peel to fall out of my pocket.

As the bumblebee landed on the tip of my nose I sidestepped and slid on the peel. Up in the air I flew, with the bee still on my nose.

Whump! I landed cracking my back, smashing my butt, and whacking the back of my legs.

The bumblebee stung me good. The swelling started almost immediately. The stinger broke off inside the swelling and my red bulbous nose shown brightly.

I eventually got back on my feet and picked up the peel and returned it to my pocket.

And then I laughed and laughed and laughed...because the point of this stupid story is: One should always laugh when one slips on a banana peel and gets stung on the nose.

Hey, it beats feeling sorry for oneself...Happy landing, Rudolph!

(I should have written for the "Rocky and Bullwinkle" cartoon show, "Right, Natasha?"..."Oh Boris!" Dumb dumb duh dumb dumb dumb!)

This was great! I also agree with Ty, you would do a wonderful job writing children books! (a little fule for thought, yes?)

I say one thing for you Lynn, you sure know
how to make people laugh. A career in childrens books awaits.

I agree. What else can one do but laugh! Except maybe quit eating bananas that attract bees!
