I have been desperately fighting my weight. It started six months ago; a little extra here, extra there and next thing you know I’m tipping the scales about six pounds over my normal weight. Today for some reason all my friends are avoiding me, not sure why. There seems to be a lot of chatter outside, Oh crap, this is all I need…what did he say? Oh no…”Hey Tom, I need to ask you…do you have plans for Thursday? No, great, the family wants you dressed for the kill.
Poor Thom, they have played him for a turkey again! When will he ever learn? He always seems to lose his head this time of year. It must be a man made phenomena! Six pounds Dan? That's it? Just six pounds? I lost nine and gained ten in six weeks. I have it back to normal again thank goodness. I have been rock solid with my weight control for all of my adult life until this little episode. Hope it is not an omen. At my age weight control is not a problem I relish the thought of.
