Growing up in an abusive household was hard. I put up with a lot of crap! I did have my favorite stuffed animals to keep me “protected” from the two evil men that did things to me. Sometimes, by a miracle, it seemed to work! Other times, it would not work at all.
I had a stuffed dog, named “J.J. Junior”.He looked exactly like the current dog we had then. We had a Norwegian elkhound named “J.J.”. I must have taken that dog with me everywhere~! (The stuffed dog, that is.) Actually, I just looked into my closet and you won’t believe, but I STILL have him! I am laughing at myself at the moment. I have had the dog from age of seven to present. I stopped playing with him around ages of twelve to thirteen years old.
