Hello?  Hello???

Yeah.  It's me again.  You know who I am! *Giggles*

I'm borrrrrrrrred!!!  Mom is at work; she gets off at seven.  Only two and a half hours to go (almost).  I'm also hungry.  But I can't eat 'til Mom gets home 'cause I can't really use my hands or bend my arms that well. So I have to wait.  Stoopid arthrogryposis!!!!  It's a giant pain in my tukus!!

Hold on ... phone's ringing .... 

It was Mom.  She's coming home.  Bindu said he's giving her the night off (with pay); he can handle things.  Why is he doing this?  Because Mom's been working an awful lot of hours, including overtime; she needs a break, he says.  Cool!!

Glad I don't have to wait until she gets home in order to eat!  Maybe she'll bring a pizza or perhaps some Chinese or Mexican food!! Yummy!!  

The weather is bee you ti full outside: I am sitting in the kitchen with the doors open.  A nice, cool, northerly breeze is blowing; fat, puffy clouds dot the sky and it is absolutely perfection!!  Temps are in the lower 60's; it feels like fall.  

Unfortunately by Monday it will become increasingly humid and we could have severe weather by then, including the possibility of tornadoes.  YUCK.  Have I mentioned before that I absolutely love severe weather?? (NOT!!)

Saw Pattye today; she came and picked me as Mom was at work at the time of my appointment.  I gave her the tapes I'd done so far and she said she'd listen to 'em tonight sometime; then next time we'll talk about what's going on with me.  I was glad to see her; I love her!  Even though she's my therapist, she's like a surrogate mother or another aunt.  We get along famously.  She says I look great.

Guess what, guess what, guess WHAT!! This weekend, I am seeing CARRIE UNDERWOOD in concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have loved her since she was on American Idol; each song she puts out is better than the previous one.  There isn't a song by her that I DON'T like!!  Mom and Bindu surprised me with tickets last month; found out about it the 28th of March, and I'm like YES! YES!! YES!!! YES!!!!

I am gonna make sure Mom takes my camera so she can take pictures!  Maybe I can get a pic taken with her; that would be so freaking AWESOME!!!!!  (I just hope I don't do something or say something STOOPID!!  I would just DIE!!!!!)

Also found out I'm gonna see Rion Paige in concert (that's in June), and she's another one of my heroes.  She has arthrogryposis multiplex congenita just like I do, yet she has the voice of an angel!  I just adore her!!  (And she looks kinda like me; we have the same wild hairdo and green eyes; we could almost be twins!!  It's like totally freaky how much we resemble each other!! *Giggle!*)

And in June school lets out for another year, but Mom will continue to homeschool me a few hours Monday through Friday, just to make sure I don't forget what I've learned over the course of the school year.  Oh, darn!! More homework!  Blech!!  :/  I'm NOT doing bad in school, but dang, I'd love a break like most kids my age!!  I don't want to be hitting the books or doing homework while the other kids are swimming, partying, or just goofing off, doing positively NOTHING!!  

What a drag!!

In September of this year, Mom and I are going to ALASKA!!  That's only four and a half months AWAY!!  I can't WAIT!!!!!!  This is gonna be so HUGE!!!!  Mom has always wanted to go back to Alaska and she has always wanted to take me along, so I could see the place where I was conceived.  LOL  NICE!!  You reaaaaaally needed to know that, didn't you??  LOL Well, it's true ; it HAPPENED!! XD
