The day of King Moseck's funeral was a long one for everyone. Many came from miles around for he was well loved by all. The queen stood beside the river as the funeral brair was set to drift. As the soldiers sent the arrows of fire flying to the brair where the king laid the queen turned and went to the garden for some time alone. In the center of that garden there was a large, graceful willow tree. As the queen wept uncontrolably on a bench nearby she felt a drop of water fall on her arm. She looked up in astonishment as there was not a cloud in the sky. The drops were coming from the leaves of the tree as if it was crying with her. Suddenly she heard a wailing as if an angel's heart was breaking. This too was coming from the tree. People from all over the castle were drawn to the garden by the cry thinking their queen was in trouble. They fell to their knees in wonder when they saw the willow's tears.
"This day God has shown his sorrow in the actions of Sagus. This tree will weep every year on this day until there is peace between these two kingdoms!" declared Rebbecca. Suddenly she cried out in pain. The baby was coming! She was rushed to the castle carried by Sir Antony. The women took her to the birthing chamber and prepared her for delivery. By midnight a son was born. She lay resting with her child in her when she heard a knock on the door.
"May I enter, my queen?" Sir Antony asked.
"You may, my dear friend. Come see the King's son!"
She handed the baby to Sir Antony. As he held the child he felt love overwhelm him for this tiny baby.
"He is a child worthy to be a king, my queen."
"He will be but you shall reign before him and show him the right ways as my husband would have done."
"Yes, my queen. I pledge my life and service to teaching him the values of God's way."
