A young boy continues writing down his dreams and wishes. He had to stop writing because he had to do some quick errands for his mother, but now he is back and is now continuing with his writing.
Sorry about my leaving, but my mommy wanted me to pick up some of my clothes that had fallen on the floor of my bedroom, and she also wanted me to hang up my bookbag on the back of my chair. She said that she was going to sweep my room, and she needed the stuff picked up off the floor.
In the meantime, I am in the family room, on the computer. I have a compter in MY room, but as I just said, mommy is going to vacuum my floor, so I have to use the computer in the family room instead of using the computer in MY room until she is finished sweeping.
This is Johnny again. I was right in the middle of writing down my dreams and wishes; but then I was interrupted, so I had to stop. Which is why this story is now in two parts instead of just one, which was the way it was originally planned.
Another one of my wishes, besides the bad stuff ending in our world, is to see God put back into our homes and schools instead of just in the churches. Because prayer was taken out of school and most public places, people have turned bad, and there is no morality or decency left in our world. Our world has become an ugly, sin-filled place of evil and destruction, and if things don't improve soon, the end of the world will surely happen sooner than we may think. And people just don't care any more: they have turned evil and nasty, and they are doing horrible, despicable, and disgusting things that they would have never dreamed of doing long ago! People don't care for each other any more, and they would much rather worry about themselves instead of trying to help others, and too many innocent people have suffered because of this. Kids today are meaner, and there is no telling what they may do if they get the chance. Like those two teenaged boys who killed people at that school in Colorado (and that was just but one of several school shootings that happened in recent times). They have no sense of character, and they have absolutely no shame. All they do is act stupid, and they do stupid things that endanger the lives of themselves and others. There are also terrible things that are being shown on tv, and kids are exposed to this trash; and tv nowadays is not fun to watch. Because of this, we are limited at what we can watch, and our tv has a blocker thing that blocks out those channels that show filth, and also, it also blocks out the bad language so we don't have to hear it.
I would love to see prayer be brought back into our school and be allowed to pray whereever we wanted and whenever we wanted instead of people getting all bent out of shape about it. It is okay for them to talk about what THEY believe in, and nobody, for the most part, gets mad...WHY do WE who want to pray have to be the ones that suffer? We aren't hurting anyone with our praying, and if we want to pray, then we should be ALLOWED to! If they can teach about evolution in school, then they can teach about God or allow us to pray! It is only fair! Maybe if people prayed more, maybe some of this bad stuff would go away, but until it does, then things are just going to get worse until Jesus comes back to Earth!
I would also love to see parents be able to discipline their kids without fear of getting arrested if they spank a kid. Kids don't know how to behave any more, and kids today are really out of control. They have no respect for their parents, and they have absolutely no respect for authority (teacher, police, etc.). They are out at all hours of the night, and they are drinking booze or using drugs or doing God only knows WHAT else! Because of this, kids are now having kids when they should be in school or looking for a job, and they don't know what to do with themselves because they are so bored, or they are so stoned out on booze or drugs; or else they have a kid to take care of! It is really sad to see kids in this way, and I only hope that I never get into this situation! (Maybe it IS a good thing that I am not expected to become a teenager; I won't have to worry about getting into trouble and worrying my moomy or daddy to death!)
Well, that is a listing of some of my wishes and dreams. I only hope that I can live long enough to see some of them come true . This world has really gotten bad lately, and it is only going to get worse, if you can believe that, but it says in the Bible that before Jesus comes back to take His Children Home to Heaven, the world is going to get worse and worse. I don't know if I can handle "worse": it is already pretty bad now! And I am only a kid!
