She also shares some majorly exciting news: her friend in Greece, Nikolas Constantinos, and her are engaged to be married sometime next year.

Dear Louisiana~
Hai! Miita kuuluu? Kiitos hyvaas!
In case you haven't figured out who this is already, it is your friend from Finland, Sari! I do hope this finds you well. I have been thinking of you, ever since I returned home back to my native Finland, and I was wondering how things were you and your family.
It was so good to see you all after we got done with the Olympics. I am glad you all liked what Nikolas and I got for you; I knew you would! The Olympics were so much fun to work at, and we met a lot of neat and interesting people from all over the world! We even met people from America, and I told them that I had friends there; and they were glad! Nikolas is still with his sister, but he will be returning to Greece in a week. Seems that Athena is doing much better; but she will soon be having rehabilation and therapy to help her get over her injuries; and he has to return to Greece to get back to his job. I really miss Nikky; it's been over a week since I last saw him, and I cry every day! But Nikolas and I have some exciting news to share with you: we have since gotten engaged, and we will be moving to Greece sometime in the spring. We will be in Greece for the summer, and then in the fall, we will go back to Finland for the fall and winter; I want to be home for Christmas; so this was what we decided. We got engaged just after we saw you; Nikolas took me out to a very fancy Greek restaurant, and it was there when he, as you Americans say, "popped the question" and he then proposed to me. As you can imagine, I nearly fainted from shock! I started crying, and everyone was looking at me! I still have the ring on my finger, and Louisiana, you can't imagine how beautiful it is! I look at it, and I can't believe that I am going to be a married woman down the road! (We will be getting married sometime next year, probably in the fall, right before we return to Finland.)
I love Nikolas Constantinos with all my heart: he is so special, and he treats me like a Greek goddess! He is always doing things for me, special things, and he thinks the world of me. I think the world of him too: he is drop-dead gorgeous, and I think that I am a very lucky girl to be seen with a good-lookin' guy like him! He is so tender and loving with me, and he would bend over backwards, just to make sure that I have all that I want or need!
I love his sister, Athena, too; and I have come to love her like the sister I never had! It's just too bad she had to get shot like she did; that is awful! I wish I could do more for her, but doctors say they are doing all they can to help her get back her independence, and to help her cope with being disabled! She is just as sweet and caring like her brother, and when Nikolas told her of our engagement, she cried with joy! She was so happy for us!
Has the weather cooled off there in Tennessee since we left? Here in Finland, it is cool, but not too terribly so; and it has also been quite rainy and miserable. I hope it clears soon because this wet weather is NOT good for my fibromyalgia! I have been in such pain I am about to go mad!! I hope this finds you and your beautiful family all well; I really miss you all! And Nikky does too!
Well. I have heard from sources (friends of yours) that you are having a hard time now. It seems that you have a little granddaughter who is sick. Is that correct? What exactly is wrong with her? I pray that it is nothing serious! Please keep me informed about what is going on with her, and let me know if there is anything that I can do to help. I can come there to be with you (or her), if need be! What is your granddaughter's name, and how old is she? Let me know, and I will then go to church on Sunday, so I can pray for her!
Well, I must go now; I have someone knocking on my door. I think it may be Mother; she was caring for her reindeer, and I accidentally locked her out. OOPS! LOL Until I hear from you again, you take care, and give your family my love! And tell them that Nikky C. sends his love from Greece to them, too!
