Dear Jenna and Michael~
Howdy! This is Ronee' speaking! Thank you for writing to me; it is always good to get mail from you!
I am glad you and Michael are doing fine. I am feeling MUCH better; but I didn't go to school yesterday. STILL felt a bit off, and was still kind of achy (more so than what is normal for me!), so maman made me stay home yet one more day. I was so mad! I missed a whole week's worth of school; now I am going to have homework out the wazoo, and I am going to have to play "catch up"! GRRRR!!!
I am glad I am about over my flare. I HATE having those flares! They make me feel horrible, and sometimes I feel so bad I think I am gonna' DIE! (NOT really, but I FEEL like it!) This last flare really kicked me in the butt; it hit me HARD! My knees didn't hurt, but everything else did! Even my TEETH and HAIR hurt! LOL It's bad enough I have the durn joint pains with the flares; do I need the fevers, chest pains, or the upset tummy too? ICK!! Needless to say, I didn't do much of anything these past five days except lay in bed and feel sorry for myself! I HATE it when I am sick! GRRR!! But at least THIS time I didn't end up in the hospital, like what usually happens whenever I have a bad flare! THAT I can be thankful for!!
Opri (you spelled his name wrong!) IS a special kid. I have known him since I can remember. He is part Spanish and part Gypsy; and he has always been sick. I feel so sorry for him at times, especially whenever his kidneys act up. I think arthritis is bad? Nawww, having arthritis is nothing compared to two good working kidneys! That must be awful, not being able to pee and having all that crud build up inside you and make you so sick; and then having to go to the hospital and having dialysis treatments to help you stay alive. Nawww, that's NOT for me! I am glad my kidneys are fine! (About the ONLY thing on me that's fine, says Ronee'...LOL) Jackie, his sister, is nice, too, and for being blind, she gets around better than I do--and I can SEE! LOL
I do have a cat. Her name is "Cajun", and she is a Maine Coon. She is about a year and a half, two years old, and she is a sweetie. She sleeps with me at night or when I am sick, and it's like having an electric blanket at times because she is so furry and warm, and when she purrs, she purrs LOUD, and I can feel her little body vibrating from the force of her purrs! It's so aDORable! "Cajun" is a tortie (tortoiseshell) with white (tortoiseshell patterns, white on her paws and chest, some white on her face), and she has green/yellow eyes. She is reallly cute! No, having her doesn't bother my asthma, but I still take my allergy pills and inhalers before I pick her up, and I wash myself and brush the cat fur off me after I am done playing with her, just in case. It's habit, I guess.
I got some new music: I got the new cd by Victoria Huggins, who is an 11-year-old gospel singer from North Carolina. I also got the new single from Tiffany Evans, and I am waiting for her CD to come out in a few weeks. Tiffany Evans is also 11, and she won "Star Search" when she was ten. She is really good! (Tiffany sings R & B music.) Did you ever see "Star Search"? If not, Tiffany was this little African-American kid who had been living on the streets with her family only a few months prior to her being on "Star Search", and she ended up winning the whole thing! Now she is releasing her first album, and when I was on "Star Search" earlier this year, I got to meet Tiffany; and she was sooo sweet! She wished me luck, and she gave me a bracelet and autographed a picture for me! I also got to have my picture taken with her and Arsenio Hall (the host), and I had a BLAST! I am sitting in my room, listening to Tiffany now as I write this to you. The song playing is called "Let Me Be Your Angel", and it is really cool!
How is the weather there in Alaska? Here in Tennessee it is fixing to rain (boy, do I know that...I think my joints are singing a duet with Tiffany Evans! LOL), as a cold front is fixing to come through the area, and it is looking nasty out there. It is thundering and lightning out, so I better get off the computer before I start doing the electric shuffle to Tiffany Evans' music lest I get hit by lightning or it hits close! I will write more later; until then, take care, and God bless you both! Love you both! Miss you too!
(((HUGS))) and much love,
~As always, your friend, Ronee' Le-Anne Reaux. :D
P.S.: I put a picture of Tiffany Evans on this letter to you; I think she is terrific!

Very nice letter and the picture adds a great touch to it. It makes it seem like it's from a real person.
A wicked Cajun Fairy named Robes Pierre entered the impenetrable Magical doll land of Sha Bebe. Queen Faustina, the ruler of the doll land, thought she had destroyed him, but he's back! Will the doll land survive his evil ways?
The familiar lament of dual-career parents raising children is, "I just can't do it all." The Libra Solution provides an alternative - a more satisfying and sustainable work and life approach - to the overwrought modern day norm.
