Johnny writes in his journal, as a way of letting us peek into his world.

Dear Journal:
Hi! This is Johnny writing. I haven't written in here for a few days, so I wanted to let you know that I was still around and am not dead! LOL (Thank GOD I am not dead yet!)
I just got home from school. I had a good day, got my English report back, got a B+ on it. I would have gotten an A, teacher said, but I had a few misspelled words and a few punctuation problems. Still, she said it was a good report, so she is proud of me.
And you know what? I am kinda' proud of me, too.
I watched a cool show last night, on PAX tv, called "America's Most Talented Kids". Actually, it was on Sunday, but I was at church, so I couldn't watch it; so Pepere' Armand taped it for us, and we watched it last night. It was really cool. They had seven kids on there ranging in age from six on up to 15, and most were quite good. I especially liked the girl singer Joelle James, and I also liked the little tap dancer, Angelica Winns, who was nine. (Joelle was 14.) Anyway, I thought either Joelle or Angelica were going to win; but it turned out that this kid who rapped and played drums (Ray Nelson, Jr.; he was 11) won, so he will go on in the competition. He was okay, but I liked Joelle and Angelica better.
My sister, Ronee', could have been on that show (she auditioned last month when the show people came to Nashville to look for kids to be on the show), but at the second audition she choked, and she got too nervous, and it showed. Therefore, she didn't make it. I was sorry she didn't because I think she is a terrific little country/Cajun music singer/musician. She was a little disappointed in not making the cut to make it to the show, but I think she was more mad at herself than anything. Still, she tried her best, and I was proud of her, so why should she be so hard on herself??
Back to church. I was at church on Sunday, as I just said before I wrote about "AMTK", and I got to help the pastor with his sermon. While Pastor Bilkey preached, I got to do the sign language, so the deaf/hearing-impaired people in our church could understand what he was saying, and I was a bit nervous, but I still had a good time. I always enjoy helping him out! And we also had a guest speaker, David Ring, who is this preacher from Tennessee who has cerebral palsy; but he doesn't let his disability get in his way. He is winning souls for Christ, and he is a very good and inspiring speaker. After the service, I got to meet David Ring, and he was very nice. He shook my hand, and he said that I was a Miracle, and that made me feel pretty darn special!
Last week, I had a seizure, but I am now on a new medicine, and I haven't had any problems since starting my new medicine. I hate having seizures; they make me mess my pants, and I can't help it or stop it from happening, and when I come out of it, my body is sore and I am all loopy headed; and it makes me feel weird! I had to see Dr. Emmons after I had the seizure, and it was he who put me on the new medicine. Plus Ronee' was sick herself: she had a flare up of her JRA, and she was in bed most of the week; but she went back to school yesterday, and now she has some homework to make up. She had to go to the Emergency Room to get a shot the first night she got sick; but she didn't have to be admitted to the hospital, thank goodness; she was still plenty sick, though. Had the urpsies and the whole schmiel. But now she is over it, and she is back to her (annoying) self again. Oh, goodie. LOL
I really didn't do much this weekend except laze around the house and do my thing at church; I was a lazy boy! I would have loved to have played with my HUMMER, but the Monster was sick, and I couldn't make any noise to bother her, which was a pain. I did write some letters on my computer, and I IM'ed Jose' a few times; and I also went to his house on Saturday afternoon for a few hours; and that was fun. We ate quesidillas and played on his Nintendo game system. He has some really cool games!
Well, I will write again; I have to have another breathing treatment. It's about that time. ICK. I hate those; I always feel shaky afterwards, and they give me the worst taste in my mouth! ICKOSAURUS! LOL Til later, this is Johnn-o signing off! BYE!
~Love, your pal, Johnny. :D
