Johnny wanted to write some more in his journal. He had a bad day yesterday and again today, which ended especially badly when his younger brother broke his remote control HUMMER by sitting on it and breaking the axle.
Monday, Octobe--no, November 8, 2004~

Dear Journal:

Boy, I am so dumb...I keep thinking it is still October, and it is now November; we just celebrated Hallowe'en last week! DUH! Where IS my brain this evening...I think it may already have gone to bed, and I am afraid that I won't be far behind; I am TIRED~!

I had a hard day at school: had some mondo tests today, and next week, before Thanksgiving, we will have our midterms. UGH! I HATE tests; I always do so HORRIBLE on them! I pray I don't become a flunk-out...I don't want to look like a dolt next to my Braniac sister; she has a way of making me look bad at times...

But I made it through the tests today, and I am glad of THAT! Now I can concentrate on being a normal kid for a few days until I start studying for the midterms starting this weekend and part of next week...ICK. Then it's TEST DAYS! DOUBLE ICK!!

I had a bad day yesterday; my muscular dystrophy was really making itself known. I don't know why, but I felt as weak as a newborn baby, and I kept on dropping more stuff...if it wasn't my breakfast bowl (of COURSE, at the time it was full of cereal and milk; I spilled it all over my lap, all over my wheelchair, and all over the floor..EWW, what a MESS! I was NOT amused!), it was my spoon, or my glass; I managed on knocking it off the table. What a MESS; it was HORRENDOUS! Mama kinda' got sore at me; but she wasn't mad long because she saw the tears on my face, and I guess she knew I already felt bad, so she gave me some reassuring hugs, and told me that it was okay; and she then cleaned up my mess. I HATE making messes; and I HATE having to depend on people for help! Stupid MD...I HATE it, I hate EVERYTHING about it! Why is there even such a thing like it? I wish I never HAD this evil thing called muscular dystrophy; it's a huge pain in the ass! GRRR!

My sister had a bad day yesterday, too: she had an allergy attack to end all allergy attacks, and it affected her eyes really bad. She woke up yesterday, her eyes swollen to slits, and she looked bad. She sounded bad too: she had a nasty cough, and she had a bullfrog in her throat: her voice was hoarse, and she felt so bad she didn't even go to church yesterday, which she HATES to miss. She stayed in bed most of the day, and today she was better, but she was mad because her friend, Nicole, wasn't at school; turns out Nickie has the flu. So Ronee' was mad about that. Today she had a better day, but not seeing her best friend kinda' messed up her day!

I found out some exciting news: Kendra, mama's friend in California, is getting ready to adopt yet another girl into her family. A little girl from Japan, a girl who is disabled, just like the rest of her kids (and herself). She is coming to Tennessee for Thanksgiving, and she is really looking forward to seeing mama again! I also found out that Jenna and Michael Doucet, mama's friends from Alaska, are coming, and so is the Pearson family from Texas (more friends of mama's). Also, mama's OTHER Alaskan friend, Sikik Eegeesiak, is coming, and who knows WHO else may show up! As far as I am concerned, I wouldn't be surprised if the whole city of NASHVILLE showed up at our house; seems that everyone we know is coming for Thanksgiving...I don't know where mama is going to put everyone; we may have to eat OUTSIDE, for all the millions of people expected at our house...it's gonna' be CRAAAAAAZZZY!!!!

I am mad at my little brother, Kwame'..he broke my HUMMER yesterday. He SAT on it, not thinking. He broke the HUMMER; it doesn't work, and the axle is cracked. I was so mad I pushed him, and I bloodied his nose. I didn't mean to, but I was so mad when he busted my HUMMER! Now I have no HUMMER to play with, and I am going to DIE from boredom! He also got into my video games, but I stopped him, and I guess he was mad about that, so he took revenge on my poor HUMMER and BROKE it! I don't know what I am going to do when I tell Roberto and M'Buti that my HUMMER is broken; they may have to get me a new one for Christmas, and they aren't cheap...I am soooo upset and mad I can't see, let alone, THINK straight!! So I guess today was a bad day for me too, and not only at school!

Well, I will go now, I am too upset. Just thinking about my poor, broken HUMMER is enough to get the tears going again, and I already have enough trouble seeing WITHOUT crying...I will write more when I have calmed down, but right now I am so mad at Kwame', it isn't a BIT funny! I am so mad at him I want to HURT him!

Bye for now!

Until later, your (upset, teary-eyed) pal, Johnny. :( >tears<

Oh my what I felt like when I was the age of the character. I still have days like this and well I guess it helps to cry for awhile.
