Dear Louie~
This is your friend, Rosie! Thank you so much for writing; it was so nice to hear from you again! Glad you are all doing well; I have been wondering about you all~
I am rather disappointed today...we went to take our kids to see "The Polar Express", which is opening in theatres today, and the tickets were sold out at the theatre. I wanted to get them out of the house; it's been rainy lately, and they have been so bored! I hope you get a chance to see it; I have heard nothing but good things about that movie, and they say the animation is awesome! It looks like the perfect family holiday movie!
I also have had some bad news regarding Aurora: she has been having some spells where she is having some trouble breathing from time to time, and I took her to the doc's for a checkup; he heard a murmur in her heart, and he wants her to go see the heart specialist for further tests. This has been going on for about a month now, and I am scared to death! She had another spell today, and it really scared me. This was why I took her to the doc's, plus it was time for her checkup. Please be praying for her, and be praying for me; we are really having a hard time today!
The other girls are doing fairly well; but the worrying over Aurora has gotten all of us stressed; and it seems that my hubby and I have been doing a lot of arguing lately. If it isn't about Aurora or the health needs of our kids, it's about money, and it is also about his job, and the bills which keep piling up. It seems that things are starting to fall apart, and it seems that lately, every little thing can cause me to burst into tears!!
It sure sounds like you are going to have a houseful for Thanksgiving! Yikes! Nearly 100 people?? I can't even begin to IMAGINE that! Where on Earth are you going to sit EVERYONE?? This has got to be something to see!! I am so happy that family and friends are going to be together for Thanksgiving; we aren't really planning anything special; it's just going to be the girls, my hubby, and me, and maybe my brother Charles or my husband's mother and father. No big gathering; just a small, intimate, family get together. I hope you have fun for Thanksgiving, and I hope you have fun with all your guests! Glad I am not going to be there; I'd go NUTZ!! LOL
Well, I had better check on Aurora; she is sleeping, and I want to make sure she is okay. The doctor gave her some medication for her breathing and I want to make sure that she isn't having another spell. Be praying for us and for her; we could really use it! I will write more later.
