Hey! This is your friend, Ronee' Le-Anne Reaux! Thanks for writing; boy, you really love to write, don't cha?? LOL I do too, but after a while, my fingers cramp up, and they look like CLAWS, they are so stiff! LOL But I still love to get mail and write!
It is good to hear from you; thanks for the invitation to come and speak to your class! But that's in California; I am in Tennessee! That's gotta' be a very long walk! LOL I guess I will have to hop a plane or a train; I am NOT walking all the way to California! LOL
You were asking me what classes are my favorites at school. Welllll, I love Creative Writing/English; and I love Art. I also love Science and Spanish. I also love Conversational French. The ONLY class I really don't care for is Social Studies (especially now; we are studying World War II, and I don't like what the Nazis did to the Jews or those people who were born disabled; just the very thought of it all makes me want to lose my belly! UGH!). I also don't particularly care for Accelerated Math; we are doing conversions in A.M. ICK! I HATE conversions! But probably my MOST favorite class of all is Music Appreciation/Choir. I LOVE to sing, and I just love music PERIOD!! I am a MUSIC AFFICIANADO DELUXE!! LOL Rap, Country/Western, Cajun, Gospel, Rock and Roll, Jazz, Show Tunes/Broadway, Classical...don't matter, as long as it is good, I will LISTEN! (The ONLY music I DON'T like is Big Band/Swing. ICK!! I also hate Gangsta Rap because it only disses women, glorifies violence, and it is NASty, NASty! ICK!!)
I would love to speak to your class about what it is like to be in my position. But people will soon find out that even though I don't get around as well as most people, I am still me, and I love to have fun! I am a fun-lovin' gal, and I love life! Having Christ in my heart makes it all the more special, and He has helped me through some of the biggest jams I have ever known; and I guess He must still have plans for me coz I am STILL here! I nearly gave up the ghost several times, but He sent me back because He has stuff in store for me, and I am just finding out now that I was meant to bring people hope in the face of tragedy or dispair, and I LOVE making others happy or feel good! If I can get through life even with ALL that I have had to experience, then by God, they can too! I love encouraging people, and I especially love helping kids! That is why I wrote the book, and I can't wait for you to read it! I hope you enjoy it! (It's on the way; we just mailed it off yesterday before we left to go to the Golden Corral!)
Well, it's about time for me to eat lunch, so I will run for now! (HUNH! Can you just picture THAT? LOL I wouldn't have a chance against a CHEETAH! LOL) I will write more later, probably somtime tonight or tomorrow; if not, it will most def be Friday when I am in study hall or am feedin' my face! LOL Until then, you take care, and God bless! P.S.: What are you doing for Thanksgiving? Are you going anywhere? We are going to the Golden Corral for Thanksgiving lunch; me, and about 99 other people! We have a whoooooole lot of company coming!! The Golden Corral people ain't gonna' be too happy....LOL
