Dear Precious Heaven-Sent Children~
You bless my world in more ways than you will ever realize. You give me hope to keep on living when things seem hopeless, you give me strength when I am feeling weak, and you cause tears of joy to run down my face as I look upon your sweet, young faces.
On this Thanksgiving week, I am taking the time to write to you personally to thank you for coming into the lives of my wife, Louisiana, and myself; we have learned to become better parents because God was kind enough to bring you into our lives when things seemed very dark. Nearly 12 years ago, God brought two tiny miracles (now growing into beautiful young pre-adolescents; it's hard to believe how fast time has passed!), Johnathon and Ronee', and ever since, our lives haven't been the same. He has since blessed us with 48 more Miracle Children, and I and my wife are indeed thankful for each and every one of you.
Even though you may come from different backgrounds or lands, and even though you may speak different languages, you have learned to love and accept each other, and you have learned to defend each other in times of trouble. You have learned tolerance, and you have learned about the Saving Grace of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ; and you have taken the Message of Christ's Love to people in ways that we could never do ourselves. Sure, you have moments where you get into mischief, but you are only kids, and kids aren't expected to be good or well-behaved ALL of the time! You bless your mother and I each and every day, and every day, we get down on our knees (hard it may be at times!), and we thank God for each and every one of you. You have brought us joy and untold blessings, and it has gotten to where we can't imagine our lives without any of you!
Thank you for loving us, and thank you for being the best group of kids that any parent can ever ask (or hope) for! God bless each and every one of you this Thanksgiving Day, and never forget how thankful we truly are to be the members of one family!
