Creation sings a new song to the Lord  
 Joy to the world, the Lord is come  
 Let all mortal flesh keep silence  
 O sing a new song to the Lord  
 Sing a new song, sing a new song  
 The royal banners forward go 
 Wake, awake! for night is flying  
 Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness

From our fears and sins release us
Let us find our rest in thee

Israel’s strength and consolation
Hope of all the earth thou art
Dear desire of every nation
Joy of every longing heart

Born thy people to deliver

This is what believer's  Celebrate on Christmas. Or at least what they are supposed to celebrate if they remember.

My  Poem:

Jesus God's Splendour

He shines in the splendour
Of  His sacrifice
It is the light which
Shines forever
No one or thing can
Douse His  flame
Having put sin to death
For all time
Drowning it with
His lifes  blood
So that humanity
Can be seen
Through His sacrifice
And found innocent
As the Father in heaven
Sees not our faults
When Creator looks
Upon His people
He sees us in the risen Christ
If we have believed
And believing
Accept the truth
The truth which sets us free
The truth which is the splendour
of His birth and His sacrifice !
