Professor Nunn develops the ability to communicate with other peoples’ mind through and interface program called Dubee. Once he gets a lock on a person’s thoughts he is able to intercept their thoughts, take control of their thoughts and steer them into whatever reality he chooses.
Professor Jerkins is spying Professor Nunn, his spies uses camouflage suits to enter areas undetected. Professor Jerkins uses school monies to support his gambling habits; he is now in debt and cannot pay his bookie.
In a meeting with is bookie who casually remarks that a deal is going down, Professor Jerkins thought this is a great opportunity to get some money, ten million dollars. He assures his bookie Dino that he has the ability to steal the money and the drugs from the impending drug deal.
Professor Jerkins has Dino approach Professor Nunn and offer him a piece of the action if he would use his mind controlling abilities to pull of the robbery, he refuses, upon refusing they kidnap his wife and forces his cooperation in the robbery.
Jerkins and Dino made sure that Professor Nunn’s wife was in view after the robbery to the people that they rob. When the drug dealer and the drug buyer realizes that they were robbed, the only face they had to work with was Mrs. Nunn, whom they seek out, kidnaps, and question about what happened to their ten million dollars and their drugs, she can only point to her husband
Dino contacts Professor Nunn, he is in the hot seat again, he either produces the money, leads to the money or his wife dies, in the process the Boss kidnaps Mrs. Nunn from Dino who contacts Professor Nunn with the same request.
Professor Nunn was not clue less, he, also obtains a camouflage suit and was working behind the scenes gathering information which led to the recapturing of his wife and the bringing down of a drug dealer and his men, the drug buyer and his men.
This was done using the thought intercept program called Dubee and his wife. Through Dubee who appears in is mind in many different forms to communicate when he has a lock on a person, he can turn a little spider crawling on a wall into a giant spider that can swallow a whole person, during this process the person goes into shock and his wife injects them with a temporary paralyzing fluid.
The police were very surprised at this accomplishment as they for years have been trying to nail those two but with little success.
What make this movie are the special effects, Professor Nunn intended use for this program is to be give dying children their last wishes, which was the first use of the program Dubee in this movie, you have a child flying on a big bird and other wishes early in the movie………..
