Johnny writes a quickie entry into his computer journal before he goes to bed.
Monday, the 3rd of January, 2004--ah, er, I mean *2005*! (Stupid New Year...ARGGGHHH!!)~
Hi, you dumb journal!~
This is your pal, Johnn-o, writing. I am getting ready to go to bed; they really killed me today in p.t. (physical therapy): the terrorists had me doing all sorts of stretchy, limbering exercises, and my body is not happy with me AT all! It feels like I got Ronee's stupid JRA! OWIE!
I am also getting ready to go back to school later this week; we go back on Weds., and to tell you the truth, I am looking forward to going back. I miss my friends (especially Jose'!), and I miss my teachers! I also miss homework, believe it or not! (I think there must be something wrong with my head! ME actually missing HOMEWORK?? LOL) I have played with all my Christmas toys and gamse and stuff, and I want to go outside to play, but it is now dark, and I will be going to bed soon, so I can rest up for tomorrow; have a stupid doctor's appointment tomorrow at 9, and maman wants me to get some sleep, so I won't be a zombo when I see Dr. Emmons tomorrow! LOL
We are ALL bored: it was nice yesterday, but then it has been raining practically nonstop, and we have even had some lightning and thunder. Nothing severe, thank goodness, but still, it's storming just the same. I am getting tired of hearing Ronee' whining about her achy breaky body...if she is hurting THAT bad, she needs some MORPHINE to kill the pain! She is such a whiner...She drives me CRAZY at times!
I watched my favorite show last night: "Extreme Home Makeovers" on ABC, and they had a family of deaf people on, and they really did a number on their house. The youngest kid was blind, deaf, and artistic (Johnny meant autistic), and he had a lot of problems. The father and mother were deaf too, and they communicated with sign language, which I know really well. I am part deaf too, so I had to learn it. ANYway, they got some survelance stuff so they could keep an eye on the artistic son (he would run away sometimes), and they got their entire house made over. By the time the home team was done fixing their house, it didn't look like their home any more, and they were really surprised. I was crying by the show's end. The oldest son wanted to go to college, but the parents couldn't afford to send him; and he ended up getting a college scolarship anyway, so that was the best thing. I was bawling just like the people on the tv! It was really cool! (I wish we'd get a home makeover; we could use one! I'd love to have a moat built inside my room so the little ones won't keep touching my things, and Ronee' the Monster won't keep annoying me! That'd be cool if I could have a moat! I'd put in a gator or maybe a shark or two; that'd keep them out for sure!)
I got a lot of new things for Christmas: I got my HUMMER I wanted (this one is black!), and I also got some video games, and some DVD's, and I also got some books in Braille, and I also got some art stuff, and I also got some new computer games, and I also got some money (*over 100 dollars total; WHEE, I am a RICH guy! I am as rich as the Donald! :) Well, maybe not THAT rich, but I AM loaded! :) )! It was neat having that guy give my family money, I met him at the mall, and he felt he had to give us money, so he did, wasn't that nice?? He gave us a bunch of money, and now we are on easy street! :)
I am also now 12 years old. My birthday was on December 26, which was when that stupid sunami hit Asia and killed a whole bunch of people. That still makes me sad to think that so many countries were affected by one huge killer quake and wave, and now because of it, their lives are no longer the same. I will have to do my part to help them; I have friends from that part of the world, and I am worried about them! I hope I hear word about them soon; I hate worrying like this!!
I gotta' go, am getting sleepy. I will write more tomorrow. Until then, bye! See ya, wouldn't want to be ya!
~Johnn-o. *Yawning like sixty* :0 (me yawning here)
Karen your stories are so real you take us into them and make
us see Johnny, Ronee and all the others as children we can
identify with. You have become a wonderful warm caring author writing of your characters as if they were your children. Kudo's!Love, Eileen

A great write as always
God Bless
