Ronee' writes about her audition, and how nervous she was. She is glad it is over, but now she is waiting for the results, to see if she made it to the show, "America's Most Talented Kids".
So her saga continues.

Dear Journal~
Well, it's over...and I don't know how I did, but I WILL tell you this much: my stomach is full of bumblebees and butterflies; and I know I was shaking when I had to sing for the "America's Most Talented Kids" people!
Hi! This is Ronee' Le-Anne Reaux, and right now, I am so nervous, I am afraid I will throw up if I open my mouth! I just had my audition, and I am so glad I am done singing for now! I don't know how kids can do this over and over: it's no wonder I am not an actress; I don't think my tummy can take too much more of this! But if you want something bad enough this is but a small price to pay, in the hopes that you will make it. So this is why I do it whenever the opportunity comes along.
Anyway...I happen to love the show, "America's Most Talented Kids", and I was thinking of auditioning for it the last time, which I did (I didn't make it; I then tried a second time when the show was picked up by PAX, and I still didn't make it because I guess my nervousness showed!). I was probably like the 20th kid who auditioned (out of over 100 it seemed like; the area was just packed full of kids of all ages, sizes, and talent!); and after I gave the tv people my resume' and also the necessary paperwork required to be on the show, "America's Most Talented Kids", I told them my name, my age, and my talent, which was singing. I then told them that I was singing "A Moment Like This", and when they felt that I was ready, I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and sang my song as best as I possibly could. I know I was shaking; I could feel my body trembling as I sang, but I tried my best to quiet my jumpy nerves, and I concentrated on the song and on my singing. When I was done singing, my family applauded and cheered, and I went walking really fast to the wastecan, where I then got sick. Hopefully, nobody saw me. I then walked back to where my family was, and that was that.
After several more kids did their thing for the "AMTK" people, the leader of the group called several of the kids, as they wanted to talk to them about possibly being on the show because they liked how they performed, and they felt that they had the "star quality" that they were looking for. I then heard my name called, and I tell you, I about DIED! They then talked to us about the show and its rules, and what we needed prior to the show; and they said that they didn't know who would be on there as of yet, but they were interested in me and about fifteen other kids they had watched. We were plenty excited; but we didn't know whether we had made it or not. They would call us on the phone in about a week with their decision if we made it; if we didn't make it they would send out a letter expressing their regrets in our not making it to the show. Either way, we would know whether we made it to the show or not.
Until then, all I (and the other kids who had auditioned along with me) could do was wait.
Princess Geneveive has a wonderful home, with humans who love her. She and her humans try to talk to each other but Genevierve dosn't speak human and her humans don't speak dog. Genevieve often wishes she had another dog to talk to.
