Dear Maman~
I just wanted to let you know that I am missing you today. I hope you got to Sri Lanka safely. We are fine, but the house seems--well, so empty--without you!
How was your flight to Sri Lanka? Is it really hot there? How did Drs. Emmons, Wright, and Arjuwal like the airplane ride? I hope y'all got there okay!!
I am at the hospital now, waiting to go to my physical therapy session. I am tired; now I (kinda', sorta') know how you feel when you get up on the days you work! >YAWNING HUGELY< But until it is time for me to go to therapy, I guess I will kill some time by writing on my laptop, writing to you!
Our computer problems are fixed. A virus tried to get into it, but the computer guy came over, and he took care of it; so our computer is now fine and is now working peachy-keen! :) But since I don't have my laptop with me (it's at home!), I am doing this by hand. I like the laptop better coz it isn't as much work! LOL
Is there a lot of damage there? Where are you staying when you are not working? Are you eating okay? Is the food good or is it lousy? I hope you are getting enough in the way of decent sleep or food there! (I worry about you; I AM your kid, you know...)
How are the people? Have you taken care of many of the tsunami/earthquake victims? I bet there are a lot of sad people there! I just can't imagine the heartache these poor people must be facing! I have been praying for them (and for you too)!
I will tell you now that I "made the cut" for "America's Most Talented Kids". I am one of something like 15-20 kids who passed the initial audition, which means that I still have a shot at getting onto the show. There may be a second audition in the works. Oh, ye' yaie! Now that I know (partly) what it's all about and what to expect, maybe I won't be nearly as nervous the next time! As soon as I find out anything, I'll be sure to let you know what's shakin'! Keep me in your prayers, 'kay?? Thankx! :)

P.S.: I have since decided what song I am going to sing for the second audition when it happens. I am going to do "When You Believe" (from the soundtrack of the movie, "The Prince of Egypt") for my next audition. It just hit me out of the blue! Wish me rotsa' ruck! LOL 'Bye again!! :)
