Rated "G" by the Author.
Bill answers his wife's latest email from Sri Lanka. His nerves are frazzled, as two of the children (Johnny and Ronee') have constantly been bickering, and it is starting to wear thin on his nerves.

My Chere'~
Oh, I was so happy to get your email today; but I was sorry to hear about the patients you are taking care of! I am sorry that things are so hard for you; I pray things get better for the woman and little girl you told me about in your letter...
I was also happy to hear that you got there safe and sound; that is a huge relief on all our minds! I can call Christ Community Assembly of God tomorrow and let them know that you are safely there! They will be thrilled to know that! In the meantime, I can still have them lift you and your team up in prayer; you need all the prayers you can possibly get!
I had a rough one today..the kids were being rather obnoxious, especially Johnny and Ronee', who are grounded for the rest of the week. They can't go anywhere but to and from school, and they can't have any friends over until they realize that I won't tolerate their constant bickering! They got into another fight, and Ronee' ended up hitting Johnny over the head with the remote for the tv; gave him a nice knot on the head, and now they are banished to their rooms, and I also paddled them both. I don't know what either kid's problem is, but if they don't quit, I am going to have to take Johnny's HUMMER away from him, and I won't let Ronee' go to her "AMTK" audition! They have really been at each other's throats lately, and it is NOT doing a BIT of good for my asthma or my blood pressure! I am so weak and so shaky right now it isn't funny, and it seems that I am coughing my fool head off from the stupid asthma! I can tell my blood pressure is up: I am shaky and weak, as I just said, and my head is absolutely killing me! I will have to take it easy for a while until my blood pressure falls...I just took one of my B/P pills, and I will sit for a while until it takes effect; hopefully I will feel better then! Lord, I hope so; I don't need to be having a stroke, let alone, a massive coronary!!
How is the weather there in Sri Lanka? I bet it is hotter than HADES there! Here it's clouding up; we may have rain by tomorrow evening; a cold front is scheduled to come into the area by nightfall tomorrow. Then it is supposed to be cold for a few days, and then it is supposed to warm up again. Ah, such is wintertime here in the American Southland! :)
Have you had any more "Buggy Encounters"? Lord, I hope not! When you told me that, about the bug crawling into your mouth, I nearly lost it! I am so sorry that happened to you; that HAD to have been NASTY! Cripes! Just make sure your mouth is closed before you go to sleep, or sleep with the covers over your head, so the bugs don't crawl into your mouth! YUCK is right! >cringing in abject horror at the thought<
What are the names of the woman and little girl you are taking care of? The reason I ask, Louie, is this: I would like to put their names on the prayer chain at CCA of G; and I would like our prayer team to pray for them both! Maybe something good will come out of this; such tragedy over there! So much heartache; I just can't imagine the scenes you must be witnessing! But I AM glad you are there, helping out those poor people who are in such great need! That is highly commendable of you, and the Lord will put a few extra stars in your crown upon your reaching Glory! Let me know, and I will contact Bruce as soon as possible! THanks!
I will let you go; Barbara is calling me. she says that Ronee' is crying again and she seems highly upset. I will have to see what is going on. I will write more later. Until then, please take care, and know you are still in my prayers! I miss you more and more every day, every minute, every second, we are apart, and I am already counting the days to where we are together in each other's arms at last! God bless you, Honey, and I can't wait until you come back home! I miss you soooo much!! Please hurry back! I need you!!
