Ronee' is all over her sinus infection, and she is now on Easter Break at her school. She doesn't get to go back to school until next Tuesday, and she plans on doing a lot of things during her school break.

Dear Journal~
I am happy to report that I am just about over my sinus stuff, and that I am almost done taking the antibiotics that Dr. Emmons put me on after I saw him last week (a week ago, as a matter of fact!). I am also happy to report that I am off school for a week for Easter Break, and I have our Easter Cantata to look forward to at our church plus Maunday Thursday, which is our Holy Communion, and our Good Friday services, and then it's the Cantata! So church will take up a good part of my time this week, which I really don't mind, as I love church!
I am also happy to report that I went to therapy today *YAWN*, and I had a good session. But not going last week due to my being sick sure played a toll on my joints; I could just feel the stiffness in my joints as I went through my therapy. But once I got to sit in the tub for hydrotherapy, that really made up for it, and I was soon feeling so good I didn't want to get out of the tub! :) In fact, I got so relaxed, I fell asleep, and soon, Dianne (my therapist) was shaking me awake and calling my name! :) I was so embarrassed! LOL
Maman also had a good report at her doctor's: she has but a week or two to go with her back brace, and her walking has gotten so good she may get to get rid of her cane soon! I am so happy for her; she really struggled with pain and back problems for such a long time! (I wish I could ditch my crutches, but alas...not to be...at least I can walk, so I should be grateful!!)
Last week at school we had a "disability awareness" program, and I and other kids with disabilities got to talk about our problems and we also let them look at our appliances that we use, and it was an eye-opening experience for all involved. I had to pretend that I was deaf, but I really had no problem with that because I already know sign language, but it was hard not being able to talk for the time being I had to pretend that I was deaf. If you know me, I LOVE to talk, and that proved to be quite a daunting challenge for me. But I did it, and I got a good grade on my report about hearing impairments, so I was happy! :)
I heard from Rebekkah, my friend in California, and she is getting over her infection. She is still bummed about missing "Swan Lake", but she is happy that she is feeling better and is out of the hospital. I am too, actually; I hate it whenever my family or my friends get sick!
Johnny is getting excited: in less than a month he jets on out to Alaska, where he will be visiting Sikik, our friend in Barrow (he and Barbie are going), and I am happy for him. I am also getting a little bit jealous. I know jealousy is a sin, but at times I can't help it because he will be right in the thick of Aurora Borealis country, and he will get to see the lights and I will be stuck here; and the only way I will get to see the lights here is if there is a very strong storm on the sun! BUMMER!!
Well, I am going to go now; I am going to write some emails, and I am also going to hit the hay before too long: I am yawning my head off. I have been up since three thirty this morning, and I'm TIRED! So on that note, goodnight, sweetheart! C ya tomorrow! Bye!
