She was remembering a time when Jonathan brought that liquid to his lips...took a hardy swig, smiled at her and in five minutes he was dead. How could he have done that to her... that coward! Suddenly her legs were drained of all power and she fell to the ground, feeling the hot tears stream down her puffy check. There was the restaurant that they had last dined at...it wasn't across the street or anywhere near, but she was there…yes there… now...remembering....ahh! She couldn't bear to remember how he had opened the colorful bag that a young man had just sat in front of him… just after asking if he were Jonathan Grey. He opened it as if he were given a birthday surprise. Within a half split second his facial color changed to an ashen white. Quickly he closed the bag and ordered his favorite drink, double vodka on little ice. He then took something out of his suit pocket. A small dark brown vial emerged from the palm of his clenched fist in which he poured the entire contents into his drink. After he drank this potent drink and slumped onto the table, I reached over to see what was in the bag.
