Seems that Louisiana Sandusky is in the throes of a letter-writing frenzy. This time she emails her friend in Michigan, LaNelle Colter, after LaNelle has emailed her.

Thanks for your letter; it was nice to hear from you again!
Yes, I have been to Cedar Point, several times, in fact. We last went there two years ago, and this year we may go again. The kids love all the rides there, and I do, too! So does my husband (but he stays off the wilder ones, thanks to his back problems and his asthma!). We will have to check out some of the newer rides that we haven't been able to ride yet; we may go sometime in August or early September, right before school starts back up for the kids. I know they would love that! I am sorry you haven't been able to go to Cedar Point because of the weather; but I AM haping that you soon get to go!
I have some good news to share with you: we are in the beginning stages of adopting yet another child into the family (call us crazy, if you dare! LOL)..a little girl, aged eight, from Romania! Her name is Janica Kryzstina, and she has short, brown hair and green eyes; and she has spina bifida. We got her picture the other day, and she is simply beautiful! If all goes according to plan, we may have little Janica before Christmas! Be praying that the adoption of little Janica goes through! And, speaking of children, my friend, Kendra Williams, in California, has added a little eight-year-old blonde-haired beauty named Chelsea to her family (Chelsea has cerebral palsy), and they are still working on adding a little girl from Sri Lanka into their family. So there are some growing families about! :) I just heard from Kendra the other day, and she sent me a picture of their newest daughter, and LaNelle, you should see how pretty little Chelsea is!!
And my other California friend, Louisa Mason, is expecting, and her pregnancy is (so far) progressing without a hitch! So there is lots of good news about!! God is being good, not only to MY family, but to my friends as well! :)
Well, LaNelle, I know this isn't much, but I am at work, and if my supervisor catches me writing, I just may get canned. So before I am "handed the pink slip", I'd best go and continue this later on.
