Dear Louie~
Hiiii! I was so happy to have heard from you at long last!! I was starting to wonder about you....last time I heard from you, you were getting ready to have the surgery on your back to stop the pain you had been in, and you were getting ready to adopt two children from Sri Lanka!! How did your surgery go, and have your Sri Lankan kids arrived yet? I am ALL ears!! Please tell me EVERYTHING, and DON'T leave out any details!!
At first, I was figuring you were mad at me, and I was thinking of deleting you from my email contacts, but something told me not to do this, so I kept you on; but I kept hoping and praying that all was well with you or that you weren't angry with me about something! I hope it wasn't anything I did or said in a past letter; if so, I am indeed sorry, and I do hope you find it in your heart to forgive me!
Nicholas and Nichole have picked up English so fast, and now they are both talking up a storm! As for Peter, he is enjoying his Korean brother and sister very much, and they have since become the best of friends! Now my neighbors, the Tuttles, are thinking of adopting a child because they have enjoyed meeting my little Korean kids, and they now want a new child of their own! So I told them about you, so if you hear from a Chuck or a Penny Tuttle, that is just my neighbors writing, and they will probably ask for information regarding adoption! So don't be surprised!
How are your children doing, and how are they adjusting to the little Sri Lankan children? I hope they are enjoying them! I still can't imagine you having that many children...gosh...52 kids...you look more like a CHURCH GROUP or a SCHOOL than a FAMILY! LOL But you DO have beautiful kids!
School is out here; it ended last week, and Peter is glad...he will have more time to play! LOL He always did hate going to preschool, but I made him go anyway; I wanted him to work on his socialization skills and interacting with other kids...he has always been a shy one, and he seems to be coming out of his shell, now that Nicholas and Nichole have come into the picture...it is hot here, very hot, and the kids aren't out for more than an hour because the heat is just too intense, plus there have been reports of rattlesnakes about, and I don't want to risk my children in getting bit...they are all so small, and if they should happen to get bit, they could die, and I don't know what I would do if that were to happen...
Are your children still in school, or have they started vacation yet? How is your summer going so far? Ours is going well, and we have so far gone to the Grand Canyon (last week), and next weekend, for the Fourth of July, we are going to Yellowstone National Park for a picnic and fun. We are looking forward to it! What are YOu guys doing for the Fourth of July??
Tomorrow is my birthday; I will be 30 years old. I am getting old! LOL When is YOUR birthday, Louie? I don't think you ever told me! If it is soon, let me wish you a good one, and if you HAVE had it aready, I hope it was a blast! :)
Well, Louie, I am sorry this isn't much of a letter, not like YOUR novel LOL, but I just don't have much going on in my life right now. My life is boring compared to yours! I do hope to hear from you again soon, but next iime, PLEASE don't wait so long to answer!! I am stuck in the house with the kids, and I could USE some mail in my life!! LOL
