Dear Journal~
Hi! This is Johnny writing! I am going to be going swimming in a bit, but first, I wanted to write in here. So here goes...
Today is a pretty sunny day out; it's been nice the last several days, and I am sooo glad that the rains have finally moved on out! I was starting to feel like I was growing webbing between my toes; I was so scared that I was turning into a DUCK! LOL *QUACK* I have been playing outside the last several days with my brothers and my sisters, and my friend, Jose', even came over, and we played tommyguns and war, and we had FUN!! :) GOD, I love summer vacation....*grins*
We are getting ready to go to the Fourth of July celebration next week: it will be a week from Monday, and we are going to Centennial Park, where they will have the annual "Nashville Fourth of July BLAST!", and we will see the parade, and we will gorge out on picnic food, and we will see....***FIREWORKS*** galore!! :) Oooh, it is going to be exciting; I canNOT wait!!!! :) I love the Fourth of July, always have, always will! :)
We are also getting ready to adopt another kid into the family. I still say that maman is crazy, but she says that God spoke to her heart again, and when God speaks, you'd BEST listen and do as He says! LOL We are getting another girl, a little girl from Romania! She will be here in a month or so, and her name is Janica Krystina (don't ask me to spell it in Romanian! LOL)! She has spina bifida, and she can walk, but on crutches! She sometimes uses a wheelchair, but I guess she uses the crutches more. ANYway, maman and daddy, and all us kids are plumb excited about Janica's coming, and we can't wait until she is HERE!
Speaking of kids, my maman's friend in California, Kendra Williams, is due to get her fifteenth DAUGHTER any day now, a little girl from Sri Lanka, which is where my baby brother, Arjun, and my little sister, Rani, are from! Her name will be America Hope! I hope America Hope gets there safely! I know we will be hearing from Kendra any day now! So they are as excited as WE are, if not, more so! :)
And my maman's OTHER friend, Louisa Mason, is pregnant, and they think she is going to have a boy; they don't know yet, but doctors seem to think it is a boy. So there may be a boy in the Mason family! I hope so; there's too many girls already in both the Williams and Mason families! LOL There's also too many girls in my OWN family, but at least in MY family there are BOYS for me to play with, not just GIRLY GIRLS! LOL
And tomorrow we will have our half birthday celebration..I don't know yet if there is going to be a party or not, but maman and daddy are acting sus, mighty suspicious, and I or Ronee' DON'T like it! Why can't they just tell me or Ronee' what they are doing instead of HIDING things from us?? That drives us BOTH BATS!! ARRRGGGH!! We will officially be six months shy of becoming TEENAGERS on Sunday! TEENAGERS. sigh....I guess our kid days are history...*BOOO*
Well, I am going swimming now; I will write in here another day. Until later, this is your pal, Johnny, signing off! Bye for now!

I think July 4th is one of my favorites too! Love those fireworks -- I just don't like the ones that only go boom and wake up the neighborhood the whole week before.
