Dear Lacey and Maria,
This is your Mamma writing. I wanted to let you know I was getting better. I don’t need a machine to help me bring anymore. I am also am taking physical therapy to make me strong again. I know you both miss Susie and I. Your Mamma misses you too. I know it does not seem like it, but we will be together as a family again. Things are going to be so much better. You will be able to have friends over and go to their houses. Mamma is going to be a lot happier too. Daddy will be far, far away from us, where he cannot ever hurt us again.
