Dear Louisiana~
Hello! I hope you are well; it was so nice to hear from you again! Thanks for writing to me!
I was starting to wonder if you were okay because of the lapse in responding, but I am glad to have heard from you. I have been doing the same old, same old...therapy, going to the doctor's every month for checkups, trying not to deal with my mother-in-law's death, taking care of my hubby as best as I can, trying to put up with my limitations, wishing that things were different for me...I am seriously considering on going back to school; I am getting sick and tired of sitting around the apartment, feeling sorry for myself! I have been checking into the University of Alaska for online classes, and they sent me a brochure; and there are some classes I may be interested in taking, like Journaling, Social Sciences, and Meteorological Studies. I don't know what I want to do with my life, but maybe I'd like to become a meteorologist or something of that (ahem) nature. *grins* We'll see what happens.
Michael is still working his ass off; he is hardly home excepting on weekends, but then he works nights, so when he IS home, he is usually snoring his happy ass off (I can tell he is snoring because the bed shakes from his rumblings; and whenever I hold him, his body is vibrating hard! LOL), and so I hardly get to talk to him until he is awake. *Sigh* Maybe I need something to help our sex lives...LOL Because for now, we haven't had any, and...oh, God, that is too much information; I don't need to be sharing stuff like this with you! GOD, Jenna, sometimes you are SOOO stupid!! LOL (Boy, am I EVER embarrassed! LOL)
The Northern Lights are out in full swing; pretty soon, the second round of our aurora season will commence, and we will see our Lights, which always somehow comfort me. I love to watch them dancing, and sometimes, I imagine I am dancing right along with Mother, Father, and my ancestors, and it makes me happy! I just wish I COULD dance! LOL But I CAN do so in my mind, so all hope isn't lost! I hope you will see the Lights sometime down there! I'll try to send some, okay?? *grins*
How is the weather there? Has it FINALLY stopped raining there? I hope so; seems you have had more than your share! Geesh, what odd weather patterns this year...kinda' makes one wonder what is REALLY going on...Has Ronee' gotten over her flares yet? I hope she is feeling better! Tell Johnny I hope he is doing well too; it sounds like he is, and that is wonderful to hear! He has been through so much! How are the other kids? Has Janice, or whatever her name is, arrived yet? I hope she gets there soon!
Well, Louie, I know this isn't much, but I just felt like writing because I miss you. You take care, and I hope to hear from you soon! Just don't make it so long next time, okay?? I hate not hearing from you!
(((HUGS))) and much love, your Alaskan Inuk friend, Jenna Aurora. :)
Let this coming of age story of a boy named Bean take you back to a simple time. Set in a small southern town in the 1960's, encircled by a river and gleaming white cotton fields.
The familiar lament of dual-career parents raising children is, "I just can't do it all." The Libra Solution provides an alternative - a more satisfying and sustainable work and life approach - to the overwrought modern day norm.
