     What happens after we die?
The colors in the sky were impossible. I mean, they couldn't exist. How could they? That wasn't purple, or blue, or what about that lightning streak over there, could that be green? Or is it yellow?

I don't know. I don't know anything. All I know is that I'm dead. I think. Or maybe I'm just sleeping, and dreaming all of this! This emptiness, or rather, fullness...because it is full here, even though I seem to be floating in a void of color, it is far from empty. I feel here. I feel! I feel more than I've ever felt in my entire life! I must be dreaming. But this is not a normal dream, it is a vision! A vision of the way life is supposed to be, of how perception is supposed to be seen, of how feeling is supposed to be felt! My cup overfloweth and I cannot describe what I am experiencing, but I am trying...and I thank you, oh yes, I thank you, for bearing with me.

I really do think I'm dead, though. I saw everything I was supposed to see. I was floating above my body in the hospital room as the doctors were shocking me with that machine that looks like an egg beater without the prongs. I then rose into outer space, just like all of those crazies on TV said I was supposed to. There was a tunnel, or something like a tunnel, it was definitely concave, but not physical, consisting of a gathering of force rather than walls, and then....there were the voices. Too many people to name, some of them were familiar. I thought I heard my big mama and big daddy calling to me, even my aunt Ruth and my grandpa TC, who passed when I was only 10! Man...this is too wierd.

And then I found myself here. In this place, this space, experiencing these colors as if I were reborn, into a totally different reality. This can't be real, right? I must be dreaming! I have to be dreaming! Because if I'm not, I'm dead. There's no other explanation for it. But if I'm dead, how am I thinking? Ain't I supposed to be in Heaven? Or Hell? As far as I can tell, this place is neither. Maybe I'm in that place called Purgatory...nah..can't be. I'm not even Catholic. Come to think of it, I'm not anything! Not Christian, not Muslim, not Buddhist. So...maybe I'm in the place where non-believers go? Someplace like Dante's Inferno? But I don't see any rings, there is no Lake of Fire or anything, so that can't be it either.

I think I'm scared. I'm not sure yet, but I think so. Its hard to tell because I'm being bombarded by sensations...the colors keep changing, I keep moving, how, I don't know, I don't even know what I am! I don't have a body, I can't see my hands or fingers, or even my feet. I can't hear my own voice and I don't know if I'm breathing or not! Yeah. I am scared. I can really tell now. I'm scared because I feel like I'm diffusing. Like, my consciousness is distending. All of these colors feel like they're a part of me now, like I'm merging with them, becoming them...waitaminute...I'm thinking colorful thoughts now...I can't tellpurplesing...what is fromwhitehot...me...blueforever...and what isyellownow...not...con-cen-trate! I have to think fast now, my time is greening out. I can tell that I am becoming oneblackblue with this space, I am merging with the infinteredbluegreen, but my fearred is lesseninghappyjoy ascreate I experiencebecomeamis one with the alliswaswillbe so goodbyehello I'll seesaw youmewe whenifhow youmewe arriveleavegoodbyehellowbecomeamishappyjoyeternity....

Mark, Very interesting poetry. I agree with TRASK.

Death Simply Anything Is Better Than This Evil World_

I have often wondered what death will be like. That is something we all have to do. Take that journey alone. If the good at heart Jesus will be waiting at the end of that long journey.

And there you have a beautifully proposed answer to one of the more enduring questions in the history of spiritual philosophy. A great write that places the reader directly in the flow of spiritual activity transitioning from material consciousness to spiritual awareness to divine transcendant beingness.
