Dear Jenna Aurora and Michael~
Hello! Thank you so much for writing; it was so great to hear from you again! I loved the picture of the red aurora on the letter; that was so brilliant and breathtaking! WOW! I am glad that things are going so much better for you and Michael; that is so good to hear!
I am doing a little better too, now that I am starting to get my mind back under control; things just got out of hand, and I tend to worry more about others than to take hold of my own affairs, and now I am paying for it; but things are starting to get under control. It also helps that I know that Audrey Jackson's daughters (Maria, Susie, and Lacey) are safe (they are with the Williams family in Soulsbysville, California), and that Audrey is still around. For a while, I figured that she would commit suicide, and I was so worried about her, but she is still hanging in there, thank goodness! I just hope that her problems are ending; she deserves a break!
I also am doing better in knowing that Kendra Williams is well and happy, and that she has a man in her life (it's TRUE!!), and also that her friend, Louisa, is pregnant, with twins girls! Things are definitely settling down, and I am much happier! Maybe I can go back to work sooner than September or October if things continue on their current trend...I miss working, and I miss my co-workers! I also miss the contact with patients and taking care of them while they are in the hospital! Just contiue to keep me in your prayers, and I will do the same for you and Michael!
How is the weather up there in Anchorage? Here it is hot, but it is supposed to cool off by this weekend, when temps are subjected to fall into the 80's, which will be a much refreshing (and welcome) change! It is also supposed to be a lot drier (if only for a few days), but hey...I'll take any dry day I can possibly get! *grins* Have you seen any bright auroras yet?? I sure do like the aurora on your letter; that is nothing short of spectacular! WOW!
I have been busy trying to catch up on my neverending email, and it is proving to be a futile task; but I am trying! *grins* It seems as soon as I get one answered, here comes three or four more! *sighhh* Oh, well...at least I get mail! So I should learn to stop complaining and to be grateful for my friends!
I am happy to say that Johnny is still doing well, and Ronee' has just about recovered completely from her hip surgery; she is getting around better than she has in months, and she is in very little pain. She is much happier (but she is driving me crazy with her worrying about junior high; she is scared the kids won't like her!), and she is looking forward to seeing her friends again at school! But she IS concerned about going to junior high; I keep telling her that she is popular, so she shouldn't have to worry about whether the kids will like her or not; as long as she is nice to them, then she should have no problem! She is ever the perpetual worrywart! LOL Johnny is also looking forward to junior high school, and he, too, is looking forward to seeing his friends again! They are both getting bored with what is left with their summer vacation! LOL
The other kids are doing just as well as Johnny and Ronee', if not, more so; and yes, little Janica Kryzstina has arrived, and she is now starting to assimilate herself into our International Family. She is learning English at an incredibly rapid pace, and she is such a loving little girl with a sweet, unassuming personality, and she is just too darned cute! The other kids just love Janica, and she is getting used to the fact that she now has a lot of new brothers and sisters, built-in playmates, to play with! She walks very well on her crutches and braces, and she is a terror when she is in her wheelchair; she has already ran over my toes several times already! LOL *OW!* LOL I will have to teach her that wheelchairs are NOT made for running over people's toes! LOL
So now we have fifty three kids. WOW! I never dreamed it would be possible; but God has blessed us wih these children, and our lives are very full of adventure and chaos! But I love all my kids, the ones who have fled our nest, as well as the ones who still remain here with us, and they are all growing like weeds! My youngest boy (before Arjun came) is now six, and he is to start first grade in a few weeks, and Enriquesa, the youngest girl, is now to be eight in four months, and she is going to be in third grade. Our oldest is now 23 1/2, and she is the proud mama to five children, making me a grandma five times over! Who knows? Maybe Dianne and Melizza will find a beau, and maybe they will get married; so maybe more grandkids may be in the offing! It is exciting to think what the future holds for us Sanduskys! :) (I just wish I could see the grandkids a lot more often than I do now; we only seem to see them during Thanksgiving and Christmas! I also wish they lived a lot closer than they do! They live in Colorado, and Colorado, as you know, isn't exactly across the street from us! LOL)
Are there going to be any children in your future, Jenna? I think you would make a terrific mama, you are always so good with my kids whenever you are down here! I also think that Michael would make a wonderful papa! :)
Well, Jenna, nothing much is going on (except for me chasing kids, that is; but then that is NOTHING new! LOL), so I will go for now. I also have to make sure that my papa, Armand, takes his meds and that he is feeling okay; he has been under the weather with a bad head cold, poor baby! There is nothing more pitiful than a sick man! LOL They make the biggest babies, if you know what I mean! LOL He has been coughing and sneezing so much it is a wonder he hasn't blown his head right off his body by now! LOL Take care, and God bless you and Michael always!
