Dear Journal~

Today was, shall we say, not one of my very best. At school, I had several killer tests: spelling, math, and (UGH!) History. I don't know if I passed--I was so tired, I couldn't see straight, and I couldn't remember some of the answers; I'd put down the first thing that popped into my head.If the answers were wrong, it wasn't ANYONE'S fault but MINE.

Well, I COULD blame Arjun, my baby brother. He awoke during the night, poopy and cryiing his head off. What a smell--I could smell im all the way in my room. I know maman had quite a mess to clean up--glad it wan't meeeee! :)

Also, the ambulance and firetrucks came for my neighbor down the street. I don't know what happened, but the sirens woke me up and the flashing red lights kept blinking right into my window--more sleep lost.

And so, by noon, I was yawning my head off. Thank GOD I didn't fall asleep during any of my classes--can't say about that bus ride home, though: nearly missed my stop. The driver had a devil of a time trying to wake me up!

I'm in bed now, and I am so tired I can't sleep--punch drunk, they call it. Wide awake, but exhausted. It's ANNOYING!!

Last night, we watched "American Idol", Ronee' 's favorite show. Personally, I HATE it: it's waaaaaaaay over-rated! It's NOT based on talent; it's based on how someone looks, and it's like looks seem to matter the most. And Simon Cowell is RUDE. He cuts everyone down, and he says to heavier contestants that they must lose weight. He's NASTY!! if someone said that to ME, I'd punch him right in the nose and made SURE that they saw the Northern Lights! But Ronee' LOOOOOOVES Simon. She's tried out for "American Idol" TWICE. Now, Simon WAS nice to Ronee'. The ONLY reason she DIDN'T qualify was because she was too young. (You have to be anywhere from 16 to 28 to be on the show. Ronee' has just turned 13.) But Ronee' IS a good singer, just too young. I sing, too, but "American Idol" material? NOOO WAY, MAN!! Unh-unh!! Nope! I aint' got THAT kind of nerve!! Or talent (at least I don't THINK so!).

>YAWN< I'm wiped. Johnny, over and out! It's time to HIT THE HAY!! Good night!~

Love, your pal, Johnny. :0 (Yawning here...LOL)
