Dear Kendra~
I was so happy to have heard from you again! Thank you ever so much for writing! It HAS been a while, but from what I have read, I can fully understand why you have not written. But I AM glad to hear that your shunt is working and that your health, as a whole, has held up, and that you have added some more children into your family, including your first little boy! That is so exciting!! I bet he will be one of the most spoiled little guys on the block, what with his 19 sisters! He will definitely be loved ten times over, that is for DARN sure!! :) You will have to send me a picture of little Evan! And you will have to tell me more about the new children you have adopted into your Miracle Family! :) I am ALL ears!! :)
We are doing well; and life is good for us. We have enjoyed our three newest additions, Arjun, Rani, and Janica, and all of them are growing by leaps and bounds. Arjun is talking up a storm and is walking all over the house, Rani is improving steadily with her walking and her talking, and Janica is improving on her English skills and with her own walking abilities. Ronee' is also doing quite well: she is trying to wean herself off her crutches and she is now walking with just two canes, and Johnny's health has held up quite well, too. Barbara is enjoying life as a senior in high school, and my college girls are enjoying their classes and college life in general. Dwerlina is engaged to be married sometime this year, and in October, the entire Sandusky family is taking a FREE two-week cruise to ALASKA! (I got a free cruise from my supervisors at work, and I was QUITE surprised, to put it mildly! :) ) I have also been busy with my emails, and it seems as soon as I get ONE answered, here comes another one! LOL But I don't mind; I love writing to and hearing from my friends!
How is Rebekkah Cohen doing? How is Louisa and Jeff Mason and their family? Please let me know what is up with them, and tell them that we say hello and that we are thinking of them!
How is the weather there in Soulsbysville? Here it is rainy, but that is okay; it is supposed to end by sometime tonight, and tomorrow promises to be bright and sunny, albeit cool. I hope the weather there is behaving itself; I know the western portion of the United States has had more than their share of rain while other parts (Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas) have been bone-dry and are in desperate need of rain. And in Europe it is cold, and they are getting record snowfall while in Alaska it is bone-chillingly cold with highs in the SUB-ZEROS!! BRRRRRRRRRRRRR!! (And to think WE are going to be IN Alaska come October!! YIKES!! NOT good for this hot-blooded Cajun mama! LOL This is going to prove to be interesting, folks...)
I will let you go now; I am going to lie down and take a nap with Arjun. I worked last night from 7 until 7 this morning, and I haven't been to bed yet. So I will remedy that right now and get back to the computer later before the kids get home from their school day. Hopefully I will be up and have some of my emails answered before the kids get home from school! Take care, dear friend, and thanks again for writing!
