Dear Journal~
I am going to make this brief; I am going to bed in a few, but I wanted to write in here.
I watched some more of the auditions of AI tonight on FOX, and I cringed through a good portion of it. Out of the people they showed, only a slim dozen made it to the ranks of Hollywood. I don't know where some of these people get the notion that they can sing; some of them were flat out horrible! During some of the performances (if you could call it that), my cat, "Cajun", hissed, and poor maman and myself were cringing in our seats! Oh, they were awful! They were beyond awful: they were flat out PATHETIC!!
I got some good news from my doc today: I am officially OFF all my oxygen therapy! In fact, the breathing equipment people came and got the oxygen tanks and tubes from my room! No more dry mose, no more sore throat, no more oxygen headaches! My lungs aer SAILING CLEAR, baby! Whooo-whoo! My asthma is UNDER control, ONLY as long as I don't encounter any bees or eat stuff with nuts in it. I think I can handle that! LOL As for my walking, I am getting around great on two canes, and it still feels weird not having crutches strapped to my elbows, but it sure gives me a heck of a lot more freedom, and I don't have to worry about falling so much over them! So my health is great now! Isn't that FANTABULOUS news?? I am so happy I could just SHOUT!! LOL
Well, I am going to hit the hay and enjoy my first night WITHOUT oxygen! I should sleep like a baby (at least I HOPE I do!!)! So on that note, dear Journal, GOOD NIGHT! Don't let the bedbugs bite (cause I'll BITE 'EM BACK!! LOL)! C ya!
Good for Ronee to be off oxygen. Hey,with better health, maybe she'll be able to sing at the grand ole opry, one day. Or at american Idol!!;-) Write on Karen!
Hello Karen my wife and I were out eating, sitting across from us was a little old man with a breather, I felt so sorry for him. Afterwrds I came home and was going to write a poem called, "Air junkies," Anyway great story in reference.
