Dear Sari~

Hai! Miitu kuuluu? Kiitos hyvaas!

I was so happy to hear from you! Thanks ever so much for writing! I am glad, so glad, that the pregnancy is progressing well, and I am glad that you are over the morning "urpsies". That was alawys the hardest time for me when I was pregnant with my kids; but once I got over it, then it was smooth sailing! :) I pray that your pregnancy continues to progress well, and for Nikolas's sake, I DO hope that you have a boy (although a little girl WOULD be nice, too; just as long as the baby is healthy, that is the most important thing!). I was fortunate to have two healthy children, but unfortunately, my last child (L'Acadia) was born early, and she was just too small and sick to survive on her own; so God took her home, and she is ever in my heart. I still miss her, and I also miss my boys, Pierre and Aron, but I am glad that they are no longer suffering and that they are with God in Heaven.  :)

I loved the picture of the aurora on your letter. We haven't seen any auroras since last year, but maybe we will see some in the fall. I hope so; I love watching the colored lights dancing across the northern sky! (Hmmm. Come to think of it, maybe I WILL see some auroras this fall; after all, we ARE going to Alaska on a cruise come October! :) That would be so awesome! :) )

The children are well, and nobody has been sick (miracle of miracles!). I will tell them that you asy hello; well, they say hello to YOU, too! :) They sure do miss you, and they still are enjoying the gifts you got for them at Christmas! Johnny loves his Xbox, and he loves the video games you were so kind to get him! And Ronee' loves the book about Finland you got for her; she can't stop looking at the pictures, especially of the auroras! :) They are all getting so big, and my youngest is now going on two years old; seems like it was only yesterday when he first came to us as a little baby! Now Arjun is walking and talking up a storm, and he is turning into a little social butterfly; people can't HELP but be smitten by his adorable dimpled face and his huge black eyes that miss so little!

The weather here is raining; and I was almost late getting to work this morning because there was a bad accident, and I had to take an alternate route, so it took me twice as long. I got in to the hospital JUST a few minutes before I was to clock in, and my supervisors were wondering why I was so late. Thank GOD they weren' TOO upset, thank goodness! At least I didn't get canned! I still have my job! :)

Well, I am being paged to the Emergency Room, so I have to go for now. Hopefully it isn't anything major. Take care, dear Sari, and God bless you, Nikolas, AND the new life stirring inside you! All the best to you during your pregnancy; oh, what an exciting time for you!!
