Dear Donna~

I accept your tag; now YOU will have to respond when you can! LOL TAG!! You're IT!! LOL

Oh, my. I had to laugh when I read of your escapades. I know it isn't funny when children wake up with runny bowels, but still, the way you described it made me smile. Believe you me, I have been down THAT road a time or two, and it is NOT pleasant! I still have kids in diapers now, and sometimes the smell they produce is enough to curl your hair or make you gag! WHEW!! LOL The other day, my daughter, Jodie (she has severe C.P. and is mentally disabled; she is not toilet-trained, and she probably never will be), had a bowel movement guaranteed to knock one's socks off, and when I said "Oh, Jodie, PHEWW!", all she did was lie there and laugh! She thought that the faces I was making was hilarious, and she looked mighty proud of herself! LOL  I do hope that Dixon and Sugar's problems are resolved soon; maybe you need to give them some PediaLyte. That always helps my kids whenever the loose bowel fairy pays a visit! LOL

But I am NOT here to talk about kids and bowel movements here. LOL I am here to answer your email tag. I am glad that Bethlehem is doing better; thank you for the addy of the rehab center where she is at. I will be more than happy to send her a card or some pictures, if she so desires. I also am glad to hear that your elderly neighbor, Miss Ellie, is doing better, too. Maybe I ought to send HER a card to cheer her up, even though I don't know her; but when I hear of people in trouble, I always make it a point to send them a prayer or a card with a word of encouragement to try to cheer them up; and it always makes me feel all warm inside. Please keep me up to date on both Bethlehem's and Miss Ellie's situations!

I am glad that you didn't have any severe storms there. I know we have been awakened a time or two by thunder banging outside and lightning flashing; but so far, we haven't had any severe weather. Oh, okay, we DID have some around November/December, but since then, the rains/storms have been nothing to shout out about. (Hey! I am a poet! I rhymed! LOL) I am glad that the weather is clearing there. It has cleared up here in Tennessee, and now it is a beautiful day, even though I am stuck inside here at work, in my office. So far, it has been a slow day here at the hospital, and I have only ten patients under my care (all in ICU). So far, they are holding their own, but I am waiting for something to happen (which I hope it DOESN'T!). Such as life when one is a nurse; emergencies are BOUND to happen at any given time, and when they do, I'd BEST be prepared to handle them! :)

Chere', I am glad that Bethlehem enjoyed my books. That is always so refreshing to hear! Maybe I will send her a copy of my first book to her; that way she can have her own copy! I am also glad to hear that my books made an impact on her, but tell her that she is still too young to think of parenthood and adopting. Tell her to enjoy her life being a kid; she has plenty of time to think about parenting and adoption when she is old enough! :) She sure sounds like a wonderful young lady! I sure would love to meet her one day! (I would like to meet ALL of your family, not just you or Bethlehem! :) )
