I don't know WHY, but I keep wanting to put "Jenna AURORA" when I put your name down! LOL I write to another Jenna, but THIS Jenna lives in ALASKA, NOT Kentucky! LOL Forgive me---
Thank you for writing; it is good to hear from you again! I am glad that Travis, Reba, and Loretta are fine. I was especially happy to hear that you are adding a little girl from Thailand to your family! That is super news! I bet you are past excited! I am excited FOR you! No matter HOW many times we go through the adoption process, whenever a new child joins the family, the excitement never goes away! It's akin to having a baby! :)
Honey, ALL kids have their "off days". Believe you me! Sometimes my kids love to see how far they can test my limits; this is when mama lowers the boom on them because I will NOT tolerate disobedience! There's nothing worse to me than a bunch of uncontrollable brats! Besides, the kids HAVE to have limits, and they MUST know the consequences they will face if they misbehave! Poor Loretta sounds like a handul! (Maybe you can send her here to stay with us for a while! LOL Sounds like you need a break from her! LOL)
The weather was bad here, too. but the ice is going away. My husband, Bill, fell the other day, and he is still walking around like the Tin Man. If he doesn't feel any better tomorrow, I just may take him to his doctor. He could have done something to his back. He has chronic back problems, and he has had two back surgeries (both met with only limited success; he still has the pain). I will let you know what happened; stay tuned~
Other than Bill hurting his back and Arjun getting out of the hospital recently, there have been no medical crises in our house. I pray and hope this continues. Miracle of miracles, the kids have NOT been sick with a cold or the flu this winter; the only one who WAS sick was Arjun, but he is on the mend.
Well, I am going to shut this down because I have to go to work. Have to be there in time to clock in at six, when I start my shift. (My shift ends at two.) I will write again soon; take care, and God bless you always! Again, congratulations on the (possible) adoption of Wynonna! That's wonderful news! :)
