Thanks for your nice little letter of the other day; 'twas good to hear from you again! I loved that picture of the moon; that was pretty! :)
We are all doing okay; nothing much going on here. No, I am afraid there is nothing we can really do for Johnny: it is just one of those things that we have to learn to accept and deal with as things happen. I don't like it any better than you do, but Johnny has already outlived doctor's predictions by an astounding eight years, and he is a Miracle! We intend on enjoying every moment we can while he is still with us, and we intend to make his last remaining days (months, years) on Earth very happy ones! :)
Thank you, though, for the prayers and concerns for Johnny; they are very much appreciated! :)
You sound like me: getting up at odd hours of the night, writing on the computer at 1 or 2 in the morning while the rest of the family snoozes away! LOL But that is the life of a writer, and when the kiddies (plus hubby) are in bed, I can get a lot accomplished. Some of my best writings come at night when the family is down for the night!
Your comments regarding "Roquefort" and "Cajun" gettin' together made me laugh. But I don't think "Cajun" would take to a strange kitty invading her world. Even though she is not my cat, she still is very particular of who she chooses to pal around with, and if someone is mean to her, she will hold a grudge for a very long time. She is one of the sweetest kitties around, but if someone crosses her path the wrong way, watch out! The fur will fly, and the hissin' will start! LOL Mrowww! LOL She has shown our dogs a thing or two who is boss, and it isn't THEM! LOL I think "Cajun" thinks that she rules the roost! LOL
The weather here is nice, but we may get rain by the weekend. Figures. Just so I can't get outside and plant my garden or flowers! Guess Bill will have to do the grass before then...Hope the weather there is good. We didn't get any severe weather, thank goodness, but you can never tell in the spring: it is always such a volatile time of year; the weather can be so unpredictable!
Yes, Bitta, I would like some pictures of the auroras there. I love to watch them whenever sunstorms are forecast here (that is, if they are strong enough to cause the auroras). Auroras are a rare find here in the south; whenever they do occur, it is always such a celestial treat for me and the family! That is nice of you to think of me like that! Thanks!
What are you doing for Easter? We are having company from California stay with us for a week, and we are also going to have our Easter Cantata at our church. Easter and Christmas (also Hallowe'en week) are very big times for Christ Community Assembly of God; it's when we have the most visitors. The same also applies on the nights when there are special revival services; that seems to bring the masses, too.
Well, Bitta, I am going to get myself some food, so I don't starve by the time I get off work. Good thing my breaks are an hour long instead of just a half hour; that would drive me nuts! LOL Take care, dearie, and God bless you always! Do write again soon!

Finicky cats and spring tulips. You gotta love 'em! Both species bloom from the attitude of the sunshine. Cats laze in it and spring tulips enjoy the rays for only a short time each season and they're gone. Saying a goddess prayer for Johnny. I think a spring miracle is to come. Expect miracles and you will get miracles, that's what I firmly believe, and I have seen them happen frequently in my life !
Johnny is a living miracle, and there is no saying how long he will live, as a matter of fact, none of us are guaranteed a single day more....all is down to Almighty God and his merciful bounties !
I too, get my best work accomplished, when they are all down and bedded, including my better half..lols
