Dear Donna Sue~
Forgive me if this isn't long, but I just wanted to write to offer you my congratulations on the pending adoption of Binh Hoa (Miracle Joy); she is absolutely BEAUTFIUL! I can only imagine the excitement that y'all must be feeling!
I am sitting here in the family shelter, waiting out the wicked weather--oh, LORD, that was a CLOSE one; lightning hit reallllllll close by, knocking the power out for a second; I did NOT expect that AT all!. We are under tornado watches and warnings; the sirens are probably screaming as I write this. I pray and hope we make it through this latest round of severe weather that is currently pressing on theough the metro Nashville area...
We are well, but Ronee' is getting over a sinus infection. She has been out of school since Monday. She will probably go back next week. She had to go to the doctor's, and he gave her some medication (and a shot), which seem to be helping. Johnny is hanging in there: he has his good days and his bad days when it comes to his muscular dystrophy. I just wish we knew just how bad he is really doing; we hate this not knowing and waiting! Be praying for him; he could really use a Miracle about now!!
That is terrific about Bethlehem walking on crutches! That is great! Hopefully she will continue to do well; it sure sounds like she is! Tell her we are still praying hard for her; I know it isn't easy for her to deal with! I am sure your other kids are wild with joy in having her home!
Barbara is now working: she is working on the weekends at the Golden Corral, and she loves her job. The twins (Camey and Tammi) are still working at Fire Mountain, and they are doing very well too. They get their first paychecks on Monday, and they are really looking forward to it!
Lightning is progressing well in her pregnancy: she is expecting a baby girl. This will be her sixth child, and we are exited about the birth of our new grandchild to be! All the more reason to spoil her when she finally DOES come into the world! LOL
We are looking forward to our Mexican crusse in June. We got our cruise packet today in the mail; the cruise is officially on! Bill and I need to get away from the kids, even if it IS for a week! :) (Don't worry: the children will be watched over by the very capable Armand and Therese Moliere', my parents! :) They are very good with the children, and the children just love them so much! :) )
Well, the lights just tried to go out again, so I'd better go now. Hopefully the bad weather will be gone in a few hours! Just keep us in your prayers, and pray that we make it through the storms! God bless you always, and again, congratulations on your little Miracle to be! She is absolutely GORGEOUS!

It looked like a beast out of hell !...So Scary...:)
