Dear Louie~

Your prayers must have worked regarding the adoption of Miracle Joy because we just heard from our adoption agency, and...the adoption has been approved!! So Miracle Joy will be joining our family as soon as the paperwork and the clearance from her doctors back in Vietnam are appreoved! Oh, what a blessing God has given us! Miracle will be joining her brothers Josiah, Ishmaei, Carson, and Dixon, and her sisters Bethleham, Iona, M'Bute', Patty, Marisa, and Sugar! In addition, we will be getting a little girl named Marysol from Mexico, who was born with an underdeveloped brain! So we will be getting not one, but TWO, Miracles!! :)

I am glad that you made it through the rough spate of weather. Y'all had me worried! We had it roll through here, but thankfully, by then, they had weakned considerably! Now it is nice, but we may get rain tomorrow, just as you may, according to the forecast on the Weather Channel. I hope you are through with the severe weather there; I know you must be tired of it!!

I am sorry you are suffering from depression, but I am sure that the medication your doctor has you on and the love of your family (plus the upcoming Mexican cruise) will help you thorugh. I am glad it isn't more serious; you had been in a really foul mood as of late, and that isn't like you AT all! I was kinda' scared to write back to you, for fear you might have bitten my head off if I had said the wrong thing! LOL

Did you see any of those Northern Lights? We didn't; they don't come this far south very often; it is a very rare thing when they do. The last time they did, Josiah, my eldest, got scared; he thought the world was ending! I had to tell him about the geometic storms that happen on the sun, and if they are strong enough, the energy from those storms cause the Northern Lights. Only then did he calm down! He still doesn't like them, though; they give him the creeps! LOL

I will be sending you a picture of Marisol in this letter. Isn't she beautiful? I am glad you liked the picture of Miracle that I included in my last letter. I am already counting the days to when she will be joining our happy little family, and now we will be getting a little Mexican beauty, as well, shortly after Miracle arrives! Oh, God is blessing us BIG time! :)

What are you doing for Easter? We are going to Easter services, then we are going out to eat at Fire Mountain afterwards. We then will go home and just enjoy the day together. I have always loved Easter, and so have my children once they learned about it upon coming here. I hope you have a beautiful and blessed Easter!

Well, the phone is ringing again, and Dixon and Sugar are crying. Will have to go now. I will write again soon; take care, Louie, and thanks again for letting us know that y'all are okay! I hope you make it through the next round of bad weather; just say safe, and know  y'all will be in our thoughts and prayers!
