I am so relieved that you are okay from the recent bad weather; God is so good! I have been praying hard for you!
I am glad that your kids (in particular, Johnny and Ronee') are okay. Johnny must be having a ball with his little girlfriend from California, and Ronee' sounds like she is getting along well. I am sorry she was hurt, but I am glad that she is feeling a lot better!
We had a nice, quiet Easter. We just stayed home and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Oh, we did go to church, but we didn't do much else once we got home. I hope you had a nice Easter with your company from California!
We are doing as well as can be expected. Caleb still doesn't understand why he keeps having to go to the doctor's, or why he doesn't get around as well as his big brother, Cyrus.
The doctor has already written a prescription for some braces and crutches for our son, and I am not looking forward to it at all. It is just a sign that his disease will be getting worse...the heartbreak and uncertainty that it will bring! God, please pray for me; I need a Miracle right now for little Caleb!!
How is the weather up there in Nashville? Here it is hot and sunny, quite humid out. We may have a chance for scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon/early evening; but until then, it appears that it is going to be hot and sticky. I guess we are getting an early start on summer! I am not looking forward to it AT all! I hope it is cooler there than it is here in Alabama!
Louie, I hope your church Cantata went well. I know you seemed to be excited about it; it must be a big deal! I hope there were a lot of people in attendance! How was your meal at Fire Mountain? I have not eaten there yet, but hope to one day if I get some extra money. What money I do get now goes to the boys and their care, and also bills/necessities. I am not left with much afterwards; this is why I usually eat at the house. It is hard being a father to two lively boys, one, of which, happens to be disabled!
Well, I am going to go now; time to put the kiddoes to bed. I will write again when I hear from you again! Take care, and God bless you always! Pray that things get a little easier financially for me, I could really use a financial blessing about now! Also pray that I find gainful employment soon, so I can provide for my boys!
