Dear Journal~

I have been having fun. Our company from California is still here, and I have been having a good time being off from school. (I go back to school on Monday. We were given a two-week "reprieve" from "prison". LOL)

This is your gal pal, Ronee' Le-Anne Reaux. The Cantata at our church is now overwith and done, and I can get back to living my life like per usual. We had a very nice Easter, and there were many people who turned out for the Cantata at church. We went to eat at Fire Mountain afterwards on Easter Sunday, and we had our Easter Egg Hunt at the house. (I found sixteen eggs, but the winner was Jo-El: he found twenty. :) )

We went to the Grand Ole Opry (we are going again tomorrow night) the day before Easter, and we saw the McGruders gospel group the day Rebekkah and her aunt came (Wednesday night). The McGruders put on a really good show, and they are very anointed in their singing.

At the Opry, we saw Loretta Lynn, Jimmy C. Newman, Little Jimmy Dickens, and Keith Urban, to name a few, and it was like visiting old friends when we hung around backstage. Poor Rebekkah was so nervous being around all those Opry stars, but me, I was having a blast! :)

My shoulder is all better. The sling is now outta' here, and I haven't been having any problems; I thank God for that!! (Leave it to me to be a klutz; that's what I get for being a klutz! I should have watched where I was going, but I fell over "Cajun Gold", maman's stupid dog, and...down I went. BOOM! One minute, I was going down the stairs, the next, I wake up in the back of an ambulance. NOT good. LOL)

Johnny has been having fun with Rebekkah, but it is embarrassing to watch the two of them ogling each other, making goofy faces. They have hit it off, and now my brother and Rebekkah R. Cohen are an "item".

Johnny has been doing pretty good with his health, and it has helped his 'tude having Rebekkah here. She has been the medicine he has needed, and it has boosted his ego tremendously. Johnny is happier now than he has been in weeks, it seems! :) Good on him!! I am happy for him!

Maman is doing okay; she has been busy taking care of us, working millions of hours, writing, and doing all the things a mamma is supposed to do. She has been hunched over her computer because it seems once she gets one e-mail answered, here comes another one, hot on its heels!

I don't know why she doesn't give it up; she is going to drive herself  bonkers trying to answer all her e-mails! LOL She and daddy are looking forward to their Mexican cruise in a little under two months from now, and they are looking forward to getting away from us kids! :)

Well, I am going to go now; maman is taking us kids to Chuck E. Cheese's for pizza, then we are going bowling, so I guess this is so long for now. Take care, dear Journal, and C ya soon! 'Byyyyye!

P.S.: In a few weeks, we are going to Louisiana; we are going to go to the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival (I am performing there again this year). I am really excited about that; I always enjoy myself there, and I always make such a piggy of myself when I eat those mudbugs! It's a wonder I don't weigh as much as a house, the way I eat crawfish! LOL
