Dear Journal~

Hey there! This is your gal pal, Ronee' Le-Anne Reaux, writing again! Hope this finds you well! I am doing okay; not much new with me other than my usual aches and pains. LOL

I am about recovered from my visit with Rebekkah Rachel Cohen, her aunt, and her cousin. They have returned home to Sacramento, and I miss them all terribly. Rebekkah looks good for what she's been through (she had one of her legs amputated; she is now toolin' around on crutches, but hopes to get off them before too long and get back to dancing), and she had a wonderful visit. So did we.

During the visit with Rebekkah, we went to the Grand Ole Opry twice, and we went to a concert at church (the McGruders). We went to the movies (saw "Ice Age 2: The Meltdown"; it was absolutely hiLARious! LOL), went shopping at the mall, and went out to eat at Fire Mountain and the Golden Corral a few times. We had our church cantata, and that went very well. At least two dozen people went to the altar to accept Christ as their Lord and Saviour, and that was very moving to see.

Johnny is doing great: he hasn't had any new problems with his muscular dystrophy acting up. He has been in a very good mood since he got to meet Rebekkah, and he calls her about every night to talk. He misses her like crazy! He is in looooooooooooooooooove...LOL

I have been watching "American Idol", but since Kelly Pickler, Mandisa, and Lisa Tucker got voted off, I haven't enjoyed it as much. Even Ace Cannon got booted off. It is starting to get a bit on the boring side. That is surprising because I usually love that show, but this year has been full of twists and turns, and there is much drama afoot. I wonder who will end up winning the whole package...hopefully it won't be that Taylor Hicks guy...I really don't care for him....don't know why, but I really don't like his style!

Still not hanging with Nicole. She has ditched me, and she ignores me at school. I don't know what her problem is, but i don't like it! I don't know what I may have done to wreck our friendship; it is driving me crazy!!

School is going well, and I am making straight A's in all my classes. That is good; I hate it when I get anything less than a B! (Guess I am a perfectionist about my grades; it's 'cause I don't want my parents to be disappointed in me! I am terrified of getting an F; I don't know what I would do if I got one! I don't think I could handle maman and daddy's being disappointed in me!)

This weekend we are going to Louisiana to go to the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival. I can't wait; I will be able to see Bruce D'aigrapont, Hunter Hayes, Jackie Caillier and "The Cajun Cousins", as well as Belton Richard! I will be performing there, too, in the Heritage Tent, and I always look forward to performing for the festival guests! I will be able to dance and eat crawfish, and just generally have un bon temps rouler! Aaiiieee!! :D  It is going to be a BLAST! :D

Johnny is going to be performing there too; but HE will be performing with Belton Richard, the lucky duckie. GRRR!! I am soo jealous! LOL

Well, I am going to go now; going to go to bed, so I can get my beauty rest for school! C ya; wouldn't want to be ya! LOL Good night; don't let the bedbugs bite! *hee*
