Dear Kendra Mae~

I am so happy to have heard from you; however, I am sorry to learn that Audrey Jackson has gone into premature labor. What exactly happened? Did she fall? I pray and hope not!

That had to have been scary for the girls to see the paramedics (and the ambulance) come and take their mother away to the hospital. I hope that they aren't too upset (but I am sure that they are; they are unsure as to what is going on; it is always a scary thing for children to see one of their family members in trouble and to see a big, white ambulance with flashing lights and strange people doing scary things to their family member!!). I have been on that end plenty of times myself, but it is so much worse for a child because they often do not understand the urgency of the situation at hand!

I will be more than happy to pray for her! I will call Pastor Bilkey at my church, Christ Community Assembly of God, and I will let the prayer team know of this situation! Audrey and her young daughters will be covered in prayer, so don't you worry about a thing! God will be in control (just as He always is!)!

I personally hope that Audrey will have a little boy. It would be a wonderful thing for the little girls to have a baby brother! But if it is a girl, that is okay, too: just as long as it is healthy; that is what I am most concerned about!

Speaking of little boys, we get Vlademir Aleksander in just a few days, and we are so excited! We should be hearing from the adoption agency (or our adoption counselor), who will then give us more information as to when to expect Vlademir's arrival, or if he has left, and how the flight to America is progressing. Bill and I are turning into a bundle of nerves, and the children are getting antsy with sheer excitement; it is a very exciting time for the Sandusky Family!! :) We cannot WAIT to see little Vlademir and finally get to hold him and hug him and shower him with kisses!! :)

Kendra, if you hear ANYTHING regarding Audrey or the baby, PLEASE don't hesitate to call me, STAT! You have my number, and you know how to reach me! I will try to keep my calls short, too, so you or Louisa can call me and let me know of Audrey's status! Oh, Lord, I pray everything will go well for not only Audrey's sake, but the baby's sake! If there is any time we need a Miracle, it is NOW.

Please keep us informed, and please take care of yourself! We don't need YOU getting sick also!!
