M'Buti is in labor with quadruplets, all boys. A nervous Roberto writes to Louisiana to let her know what is going on while he waits for the ambulance to arrive.

Dear Louie~
Roberto here. Just called the paramedics for M'Buti.
My beloved is in labor. Her water broke several hours ago, and she has been having regular contractions ever since.
I have taken the remaining children to our next-door neighbor's; no problem there. Meanwhile, I will call my folks (in Texas) after I get off the computer.
M'Buti has been doing (fairly) well, but mornings and evenings are hard on her. She has been having some fainting spells; since becoming pregnant, M'Buti hasn't been able to take her blood pressure medication; it has been screwy lately. In the evening she has her oxygen on because she gets winded. It doesn't take much for her to get out of breath because she is so large.
M'Buti has been staying in bed most of the time the past several months: the only times she has been up is when she has had to go to doctor's appointments, goes to the potty, or takes her shower. She has tried to keep low so as to not endanger the health of the babies she's carried inside her.
I am with my beloved . She is in a great deal of discomfort; to see her in such duress frightens me. I pray and hope all goes well for her and our (soon-to-be) quadruplets...
All I am asking is this: pray all goes well for us. Call your pastor; let him know what is going on with M'Buti!
To tell you the honest-to-God truth, I am scared shitless. We will soon be the parents of TEN children, nine boys and a girl! All the money we will get will go directly to the children or to bills, and I don't know what the future holds! I worry about this because my beloved, as you know, is disabled, and I have had to act as both mother and father on her bad days!
Let me know what I should do! I don't think I'm emotionally ready to face this latest challenge!
Well, the paramedics are banging on the front door, so I must run. I will let you know what transpires later; stay tuned!~
