Ronee' is on her way back to California, and she is not too happy about it. She will be home on Monday; at the current time, she and her family are sailing back towards San Francisco, California, where they will then take a flight back home to Tennessee. They have been on a two-week cruise to Alaska.

Dear Journal~
This is your friend, Ronee'. I am not doing too well at the moment: I am majorly bummed out. We are leaving Alaska, and it is all I can do to keep from crying. I had a wonderful time the past two weeks on this cruise, and even though it isn't over yet, the thought of leaving Alaska behind leaves me blue.
We will be back in California sometime tomorrow or Saturday, and we will have one day in San Francisco, and then we will fly back to Tennessee on Monday. We will be back at our house sometime in the afternoon.
I also found out that Susie Jackson, my friend, is not doing too good. She is in surgery as I write this: she has an overwhelming bacteria infection, and she could die. I am so scared; I don't know what to do! I don't know what I would do if I were to find out that she died! I would be crushed!! I will have to pray harder than I have ever prayed in my life!
That isn't helping my blue mood any. I am trying to stay positive, but the way Audrey and Kendra are talking, things don't sound all that encouraging for Susie!
We had a wonderful time in Alaska: we saw Jenna and Michael Doucet (met their baby boy, Mattaq, too; what a little cutie he is! He is sooo sweet!), and we even saw Sikik Eegeesiak; she lives in Barrow, Alaska, and she came down to Anchorage, and when she saw us, she gave us huge hugs and many kisses! She was crying with joy, and so were we; it was sooo good to see Sikik again! :) She really looks terrific, and so does Jenna! :)
I saw the Northern Lights up that away, and they were quite magnificent. I took at least ten rolls of pictures on my digital camera; Lord, I hope they turn out!! I also got two more Inuit baby dolls for my porcelain doll collection, and they are soooo precious! I got a little girl, and I got a little boy! Now I have six Inuit dolls and ten Native American Indian ones in my collection! :) (Or something like that...*grins*)
I will be glad to get back home to Tennessee: I miss my friends, and I miss school. I wonder how Nicole has been doing without me. Hopefully she is doing better than I am at the current time! I am not looking forward to the scads of homework that I know is facing me, but that's what I get for going on vacation for two weeks! I will be holed up in my room trying to get my work caught up; there is nothing worse to me than being behind in schoolwork! I like to be caught up!
I see my arthritis doctor on Tuesday; I know she will want to hear about my trip to Alaska! I have so much to tell her (and everyone else, for that matter)!! I had a wonderful time in Alaska; it's just too bad the trip is about over! It went way too fast for me!
I guess I will have to make the best of what is left of my cruise; I still have a day and a half to enjoy the ship! I know I will cry when I disembark; it happened the last time; I wouldn't be surprised if it happened again!
Well, I am going to get something to eat; I am hungry. Somehow, when I am sad, eating makes me feel better (unless I am nauseated, that is). Take care, and God bless!
(((HUGS))) and much love, your (sad) friend, Ronee' Le-Anne. :( >tears!<
This is a great write here, I enjoyed this, Ronee sounds alot like she is on the emotional rollercoaster I was at thirteen, I enjoyed
God Bless
Michelle~
The northern lights! So symbolic. No wonder Ronee has the "blues." Thank you, Karen. C'est bien créé et bien exprimé. Amour et paix, ton ami de la Colombie-Britannique, Canada,

Don't feel so bad, Ronee, I cried myself, when my wife dragged me off that ship, kicking and screaming - I never wanted to leave Alaska.
